제1도는 실시예 1에서 Fe/Co=1(중량비)(즉, Fe-50% Co)의 함량을 갖는 철-코발트 합금에 0-4.0중량%의 A1을 첨가하여 분말 야금법으로 제조할때, A1함량과 4KA/m의 자계내에서 최대 자기 투자율(μm), 자화(B4K) 보자력(Hc)간의 상호관계를 나타내는 그라프,
제4도는 실시예 4에서 (50-½X)% Fe-(50½X)% Co-X% A1 또는 V재료에 함유된 알미늄 또는 바나듐의 함량(X)과 자화 (B4K)간의 상호 관계를 나타내는 그라프.
Claims (3)
- 주성분으로서 35-60중량%의 코발트, 0.03-2.0중량%의 알미늄, 나머지를 철로 구성하여, 분말 야금법으로 제조하여 되는 것이 특징인 철-코발트형 연성 자성재료.
- 제1항에서, 코발트 함량은 45-55중량%인 것이 특징인 철-코발트 연성 자성재료.
- 제1항에서, 알미늄 함량은 0.1-1.0중량%인 것이 특징인 철-코발트형 연성 자성재료.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
