Claims (14)

1개의 실린더에 복수의 배기밸브를 가진 내연기관용 밸브장치에 있어서, 위상차를 가진 블로우다운 압력을 발생하여 밸브타이밍으로 배기밸브가 열리도록 구동하는 수단을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
1개의 실린더에 복수의 배기밸브를 가진 내연기관용 밸브장치에 있어서, 서로 다른 시간에 상기 배기밸브가 완전히 닫혀지도록 밸브타이밍으로 상기 배기밸브를 구동하는 수단을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 내연기관은 1개의 실린더에 2개의 배기밸브로 구성되며, 상기 배기밸브의 닫힘 동작은 같은 속도로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 배기밸브는 상기 내연기관의 흡기밸브와 함께 밸브겹침을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 내연기관은 1개의 실린더에 3개의 배기밸브를 가지고 상기 배기밸브의 닫힘동작은 서로 다른 속도로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 배기밸브는 상기 내연기관의 흡기밸브와 함께 밸브겹침을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
1개의 실린더에 복수의 배기밸브를 가진 내연기관용 밸브장치에 있어서, 상기 배기밸브가 동시에 개폐하고, 서로 다른 밸브양정량을 발생하도록 밸브타이밍으로 상기 배기밸브를 구동하는 수단을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 배기밸브는 상기 내연기관의 흡기밸브와 함께 밸브겹침을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
1개의 실린더에 복수의 배기밸브를 가진 내연기관용 밸브장치에 있어서, 가변상태 타이밍으로 상기 배기밸브를 구동하는 수단과, 상기 내연기관의 작동변화에 상기 상대타이밍이 변화하도록 상기 구동수단을 제어하는 수단을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
1개의 실린더에 2개의 배기밸브를 가진 내연기관용 밸브장치에 있어서, 고정밸브타이밍 및 양정량으로 상기 배기밸브중 하나를 구동하는 제 1 구동수단과, 가변밸브타이밍 및 양정량으로 상기 배기밸브의 다른 하나를 구동하는 제2 구동수단과, 상기 내연기관의 동작변화량에 따라서 상기 다른 배기밸브의 상기 밸브타이밍을 변화시키도록 상기 제 2 구동수단을 제어하는 제어수단을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
제10항에 있어서, 상기 고정밸브타이밍 및 양정량은 내연기관의 상기 하나의 배기밸브와 흡기밸브의 제1 밸브겹침을 행하고 상기 제어수단은 상기 내연기관의 고속회전영역에서 상기 하나의 배기밸브와 함께 동일한 밸브타아밍 및 양정량으로 상기 제 2 구동수단을 구동해서 상기 다른 배기밸브를 구동하고, 제 2 밸브타이밍 및 양정량은 상기 하나의 배기밸브가 열리고 나서 상기 다른 배기밸브를 열고 상기 하나의 배기밸브가 닫히기 직전에 상기 다른 배기밸브를 닫으며 상기 하나의 배기밸브의 최대밸브 양정량보다 작게해서 상기 내연기관의 중간속도·고부하 영역에서 상기 흡기밸브가 열리기 전에 상기 다른 배기밸브를 완전히 닫고, 제1, 제2 밸브타이밍 및 양정량 사이의 대체로 중간에 있는 제 3 밸브타이밍 및 양정량은 상기 내연기관의 중간속도·고부하영역외에서 상기 엔진의 낮은 중간속도 동작시에 소정의 밸브겹침을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
제11항에 있어서, 상기 내연기관의 상기 중간속도 고부하영역은 불로우다운압력에 기인하는 출력토오크의 하강을 발생하는 상기 내연기관의 동작영역에 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
제10항에 있어서, 상기 고정밸브타이밍 및 양정량은 내연기관의 상기 하나의 배기밸브와 흡기밸브의 제 1 밸브겹침을 행하고, 상기 제어수단은 상기 내연기관의 고속회전영역에서 상기 하나의 배기밸브와 함께 동일한 밸브타이밍 및 양정량으로 상기 제 2 구동수단을 구동해서 상기 다른 배기밸브를 구동하고, 제 2 밸브타아밍 및 양정량은 상기 하나의 배기밸브가 열리고 나서 상기 다른 배기밸브를 열고 상기 하나의 배기밸브가 닫히기 직전에 상기 다른 배기밸브를 닫으며 상기 하나의 배기밸브의 최대밸브양정량 보다 작게해서 상기 내연기관의 특정 중간속도·고부하영역에서 상기 흡기밸브가 열리기전에 상기 다른 배기밸브를 완전히 닫고, 제1, 제2 밸브타이밍 및 양정량 사이의 대체로 중간에 있는 제 3 밸브타이밍 및 양정량은 내연기관의 상기 특정 중간속도·고부하영역외에서 상기 엔진의 낮은 중간속도 동작시에 소정의 밸브겹침을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
제13항에 있어서, 상기 내연기관의 상기 특정 중간속도 고부하영역은 불로우다운압력에 기인하는 출력토오크의 하강을 발생하는 상기 내연기관의 동작영역에 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브장치.
