Claims (12)
- 최소한 두개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬렌기에 의하여 헤테로 고리에 결합된 에테르-형 치환기로 헤테로 원자에 관한 3위치에서, 치환된 5원환 방향족 헤테로고리 단량체에서 유도된 반복 단위를 함유하는 전기전도성 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 방향족 헤테로 고리 단량체에서 유도함을 특징으로 하는 전도성 중합체.(상기식에서 X는 황 및 산소 원자와-NH기에서 선택한 원자 또는 기를 나타내고, m는 2이상의 정수이고, n은 0 n 7의 정수이고, p는 0 p 2의 정수이고, n와 p의 합은 최소한 1이다)
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2항에 있어서, 중합체를 유도하는 방향족 헤테로고리 단량체가 3위치에서 치환된 티오펜임을 특징으로 하는 전도성 중합체.
- 제1항에 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체를 유도하는 방향족 헤테로고리 단량체가 3-(3',6'-디옥사헵틸)티오펜임을 특징으로 하는 전도성 중합체.
- 최소한 두개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬렌기에 의하여 헤테로고리에 결합된 에테르-형 치환기에의하여, 헤테로 원자에 관한 3위치에서 치환된 5원환 방향족 헤테로고리 화합물에서 선택한 단량체를 적당한 전해질의 존재하에서와 극성 용매에서 음극 산화에 의하여 전기화학적으로 중합함을 특징으로 하는 전기 전도성 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 단량체가 3-(3',6'-디옥사헵틸)티오펜임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체를 함유하는 전기 전도성 장치.
- 양극(또는 음극)이 음이온(또는 양이온)으로 도우프된, 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항의 중합체의 막으로 피복된 전극으로 구성되는 전기 화학적 에너지 저장 장치.
- 양극(또는 음극)이 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 막으로 피복된 엘렉트로크로믹 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체를 주재로 한 근적외선과 고주파 방사선을 흡수하기 위한 장치.
- 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)에 해당함을 특징으로 하는, 제3항에 따른 전도성 중합체를 얻는데 사용할 수 있는 단량체;(상기식에서, m'는 2 또는 3이고, p'는 0 또는 1이다)
- 2'-(3-티에닐)에탄올 또는 대응하는 3'-치환 1-프로판올을 옥시알킬할로겐화물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 제11항에 따른 단량체의 제조방법.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
