Claims (10)

  1. 다음 일반식(I)으로 표시됨을 특징으로 하는 치환 티오펜:
    상기식에서 -R은 수소원자 또는 1-4개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 지방족기를 나타내고, -X와 Z는 같거나 다르고 수소원자 또는 불소 원자를 나타내며, -Y는 최소한 부분적으로 플루오로화된 지방족 또는 방향족 기를 나타내고, -m는 1이거나 그 이상인 정수를 나타내고, -n은 ≤n≤;12와 같은 정수를 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, -R은 수소원자를 나타내고, -X와 Z는 불소 원자를 나타내며, -Y는 p가 2,3또는 4의 정수를 나타내는 일반식-(CH2)p-CF3의 지방족기를 나타내고, -m은 3이고, -n이 1임을 특징으로 하는 치환티오펜.
  3. 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 중합체;
    상기식에서, -q은 정수지고, -R은 수소원자 또는 1-4개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 지방족기를 나타내며, -X와 Z는 같거나 다르고 수소원자 또는 불소 원자를 나타내며, -Y는 최소한 부분적으로 플루오르화된 지방족 또는 방향족기를 나타내며, -m는 1이거나 그 이상을 나타내며, -n는 0≤n≤12와 같은 정수를 나타낸다.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, -q가 2-500의 정수이고, -R이 수소원자이며, -X와 Z가 불소원자를 나타내며, -Y는 p가 2,3 또는 4의 정수인 일반식-(CH2)p-CF3의 지방족기를 나타내며, -m은 3이고, -n이 1임을 특징으로 하는 중합체.
  5. 제3항과 제4항에 따른 중합체와 도우핑제를 함유하는 전기 전도성 중합체.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 치환 티오펜에서 선택한 단량체를 극성 용매에서와 적당한 전해질의 존재하에서 양극 산화하므로서 전기 화학적으로 중합시킴을 특징으로 하는 제5항에 따른 전기 전도성 중합체의 제조방법.
  7. 제5항에 따른 전기 전도성 중합체를 함유하는 전기 전도성 장치.
  8. 양극(또는 음극)이 음이온(또는 양이온)으로 도우프된 제3항 또는 제4항에 따른 중합체의 막으로 피복된 전극으로 구성되는 에너지 저장용 전기화학 장치.
  9. 양극(또는 음극)을 제5항에 따른 중합체의 막으로 피복한 전기크롬장치.
  10. 제5항에 따른 중합체를 주재로한 근적외선과 고주파 방사선의 흡수용 장치.
