Claims (14)

  1. 다음 일반식(IA)의 신규한 카바조일 유도체 또는 이의 산 부가염.
    상기식에서, R1a는 결합, C1-6알킬렌그룹 또는 C2-6알케닐렌그룹이고, R2a는 1 내지 3개의 할로겐원자(들), 하이드록시그룹(들), 니트로그룹(들), 아미노그룹(들), C1-4알킬 또는 알콕시그룹(들), 3-아미노우레이도그룹, 페녹시그룹 또는 C2-5아실아미노그룹에 의해 치환되거나 비치환된 키보사이클릭 또는 헤테로사이클릭환이거나; R1a와R2a는 함께 3-아미노우레이도그룹에 의해 치환되거나 비치환된 C1-12알킬그룹이고, R3a는 (1) 수소원자, (2) C1-6알킬그룹, 또는 (3) 1 내지 3개의 할로겐원자(들), C1-4알킬 또느 알콕시그룹(들), 하이드록시그룹(들) 또는 니트로그룹(들)에 의해 치환되거나 비치환된 페닐 또는 벤질그룹이며, Xa는 결합 또는 아미노그룹이고, 단 -Xa-R1a-R2a가 메틸, 페닐, 4-아미노페닐, 아닐리노, 2-니트로페닐, 4-니트로페닐, 2-클로로페닐, 4-클로로페닐, 벤질, 3-브로모페닐, 4-브로모페닐, 2-티에닐, 4-피리딜 또는 4-하이드록시페닐그룹이고, R3a는 수소원자인 그룹은 제외한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Xa가 결합인 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, Xa가 아미노그룹인 화합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, R1a가 결합, 메틸렌, 에틸렌, 트리메틸렌, 비닐렌 또는 1-펜테닐렌그룹인 화합물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, R2a가 불소원자, 염소원자, 하이드록시그룹, 메틸, 메톡시, 니트로, 아미노 또는 3-아미노우레이도그룹에 의해 치환된 카보사이클릭 또는 헤테로사이클릭 환인 화합물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, R2a가 비치환된 카보사이클릭 또는 헤테로사이클릭 환인 화합물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, R1a와 R2a는 함께 이소프로필, 부틸, 옥틸, 노닐 또는 6-(3-아미노우레이도)헥실그룹인 화합물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, R3a가 수소원자, 메틸, 프로필, 벤질그룹인 화합물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 3-아미노벤조하이드라지드, 3-페닐프로피오노하이드라지드 또는 2-피리딘카보닐 하이드라진인 화합물.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 4-사이클로헥실세미카바지드, 4-[6-(3-아미노우레이도)헥실]세미카바지드, 4-(4-아미노페닐)세미카바지도, 4-(3-페닐프로필)세미카바자드, 4-[4-(3-아미노우레이도)사이클로헥실]세미카바지드 또는 2-메틸-4-페닐세미카바지드인 화합물.
  11. (ⅰ) 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시키거나, (ⅱ) 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물로부터 유도된 에스테르, 산 할로겐화물 또는 혼합된 산 무수물을 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시키거나, (ⅲ) 다음 일반식(IA-3)의 화합물을 환원시키거나, (ⅳ) 다음 일반식(IA-5)의 화합물을 알킬화시킴을 특징으로 하여, 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 카바조일 유도체를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1a, R2a, R3a및 Xa는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고, R3a'은 (1) 수소원자, (2) C1-6알킬그룹, 또는 (3) 1 내지 3개의 할로겐원자(들), C1-4알킬 또는 알콕시그룹, 또는 하이드록시그룹에 의해 치환되거나 비치환된 페닐 또는 벤질그룹이다.
  12. 다음 일반식(IB)의 카바조일, 유도체 또는 이의 산부가염 및 약제학적으로 허용가능한 담체 및/또는 피복물을 유효량 포함함을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물.
    상기식에서 R1b는 결합, C1-6알킬렌그룹 또는 C2-6알케닐렌그룹이고, R2b는 1 내지 3개의 할로겐원자(들), 하이드록시그룹, 니트로그룹, 아미노그룹, C1-4알킬 또는 알콕시그룹, 3-아미노우레이도그룹, 페녹시그룹 또는 C2-5아실아미노그룹에 의해 치환되거나 비치환된 카보사이클릭 또는 헤테로사이클릭 환이거나; R1b와 R2b는 함께 3-아미노우레이도그룹에 의해 치환되거나 비치환된 C1-12알킬그룹이고 R2b는 (1)수소원자, (2)C1-6알킬그룹, 또는 (3) 1내지 3개의 할로겐원자, C1-4알킬 또는 알콕시그룹, 하이드록시그룹 또는 니트로그룹에 의해 치환되거나, 비치환된 페닐 또는 벤질그룹이며, Xb는 결합 또는 아미노그룹이고, 단 -X-b-R1b-R2b가 페닐그룹, 4-아미노페닐그룹, 아닐리노그룹 또느 2-티에닐그룹이고, R2b는 수소원자인 그룹은 제외한다.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 유효량의 4-메톡시벤조하이드라지드를 포함하는 약제학적 조성물.
  14. 다음 일반식(IB)의 카바조일 유도체를 유효량 투여함을 특징으로 하여, 몇몇의 당뇨합병증 및 노화로 인하여 유도된 질병을 치료하거나 예방하기 위한 방법.
    상기식에서, R1b, R2b, R3b및 Xb는 제12항에 정의한 바와 같다.
