Claims (8)

  1. 기판과 상기 기판상에 지지되는 광학기록 필름으로 광학기록 매체를 구성하되, 상기 매체는 에너지 비임의 조사에 의해 필름내에 변경된 물리적 형태들과, 광학특성들의 부분들을 형성하여 정보를 기록하고, 상기 변경된 부분들을 기록된 정보로 할수 있는 광학기록 매체 제조방법에서, 적어도 하나의 저용융점 금속원소, 탄소 및 수소로 구성되는 얇은 광학필름을 상기 기판상에 형성하고, 그렇게 형성된 기판상의 필름을 적어도 5초동안 70°-300℃의 온도에서 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 것이 특징인 광학기록 매체 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에서, 상기 저용융점 금속원소는 텔루리윰, 비스무스, 아연, 카드뮴, 인듐, 납, 주석 및 그들중 적어도 2의 합금으로부터 선택되는 것이 특징인 광학기록 매체 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에서, 상기 저용융점 금속원소는 텔루리움인 것이 특징인 광학기록 매체 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에서, 상기 광학기록 필름은 상기 저용융점 금속원소, 탄소 및 수소이외에 또다른 금속을 더 포함하는 것이 특징인 광학기록 매체 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에서, 상기 또다른 금속은 안티모니인 것이 특징인 광학기록 매체 제조방법.
  6. 제4항에서, 상기 또다른 금속은 셀라늄인 것이 특징인 광학기록 매체 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에서, 열처리되는 불활성가스 분위기 중에서 수행되는 것이 특징인 광학기록 매체 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에서, 열처리되는 환원가스의 분위기 중에서 수행되는 것이 특징인 광학기록 매체 제조방법.
