Claims (6)

  1. 펩타이드 또는 단백질을, 단일중합체 폴리하이드록시부티르산(PHB) 및 공중합체 폴리락타이드코(CO)-클리콜라이드(PLGA)의 혼합물(PHB:PLGA 혼합비율은 99:1 내지 20:80중량%이다)의 용액내에 현탁시키거나 용해시키거나, 또는 펩타이드 또는 단백질의 수용액을 PHB 및 PLGA의 혼합물(PHB:PLGA 혼합비율은 99:1 내지 20:80중량%이다)의 용액내에 유화시키고, 계속해서 현탁액, 용액 또는 유액을 분무시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 수용성 펩타이드 및 단백질의 생체분해가능한 마이크로캡슐을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, PHB함량이 90 내지 40중량%이고 PLGA함량이 10 내지 60중량%인 혼합물을 사용하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 활성 화합물이 부세렐린, 프로티렐린, 소마토리베린 또는 안지오게닌 또는 이들 화합물중 하나의 생리적으로 허용되는 염인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 부세렐린 또는 생리적으로 허용되는 부세렐린 염을 사용하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 부가적으로 방출 조절제를 사용하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 특허청구된 방법에 의해 수득 가능한 마이크로캡슐.
