Claims (4)
- 생물학적 분해성 부형제로서 폴리-D(-)-3-히드록시부티르산을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 활성성분의 제어방출 특성을 갖는 조정펩티드의 미세캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부세렐린 아세테이트를 함유하는 미세캡슐.
- a) 펩티드 수용액을, 할로겐화 지방족 C₁내지 C₄탄화수소중의 폴리 -D(-)-3-히드록시부티르산 용액에 에멀젼화시키고, 생성 에멀젼에 상분리를 위해 실리콘 오일을 첨가한 다음, 포화 체탄화수소를 첨가하고, 생성된 미세캡슐을 분리하거나; b) 펩티드 수용액 또는 현탁액을, 하로겐화 지방족 C₁내지 C₄탄화수소중의 폴리 -D(-)-3-히드록시부티르산 용액에 에멀젼화시키고, 생성 에멀젼을 계면활성제 또는 콜로이드 수용액중에 에멀젼화시키고, 유기 용매를 증발시킨다음, 생성된 미세 캡슐을 분리하거나 ; c)펩티드를 할로겐화 지방족 C₁내지 C₄탄화수소중의 폴리 -D(-)-3-히드록시부티르산 용액에 현탁시키고, 생성 현탁액을 계면활성제 또는 콜로이드 수용액중에 에멀젼화시키고, 유기 용매를 증발시킨다음, 생성된 미세 캡슐을 분리시킴을 특징으로 하는, 활액 성분의 제어방출 특성을 갖는 조정펩티드의 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 할로겐화 지방족 C₁내지 C₄탄화수소로서 클로로포름 또는 염화메틸렌을 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
