Claims (33)

  1. 각 전극층 사이에 배설된 액정층을 가진 액정패널과, 그 사이에 상기 액정패널이 배설되어 있는 2개의편향판과, 파장에 대하여 편광상태를 종속적으로 보상하기 위하여 상기 2개의 편광판 사이에 배설되며 상기액정패널의 적어도 한쪽에 배설된 광학적 보상수단을 갖추고, 상기 광학적 보상수단은 박막의 깊이에따라 최대반사율이 변하는 고형박막으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액정층은 비틀린 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액정층은 비틀림 각이 180도 내지 360도인 네마틱 액정인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액정패널은 패시브 매트릭스 어드레싱인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 배면광원 및 그 내부로 외부의 광선을 도입하는 수단이 적어도 한개 장착된 투과식 구조를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 반사경이 장착된 반사식구조를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  7. 각 전극층 사이에 배설된 액정층을 가진 액정패널과, 그 사이에 상기 액정패널이 배설되어 있는 2개의 편향판과, 파장에 대하여 편광상태를 종속적으로 보상하기 위하여 상기 2개의 편광판 사이에 배설되며 상기 액정패널의 적어도 한쪽에 배설된 광학적 보상수단을 갖추고, 상기 광학적 보상수단은 최대반사율이 나머지 박막의 최대반사율과는 다르도록 적어도 한쪽에 배열된 적층형 고형박막으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 액정층은 비틀린 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정장치.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 액정층은 비틀림각이 180도 내지 360도인 내마틱액정인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 광학적 보상수단은 단일축으로 신장된 고분자박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 광학적 보상수단은 다수축으로 신장된 고분자박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  12. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 광학적 보상수단은 폴리비닐알코올, 폴리에스테르, 폴리카아보네이트, 셀룰로우즈 아세테이트, 액정폴리머 및 셀로판 중의 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  13. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 액정피널을 패시브 매트릭스 어드레싱인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  14. 제7항에 있어서, 배면광원 및 그 내부로 외부의 광을 도입하는 수단을 적어도 1개 장착된 투과식 구조를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  15. 제7항에 있어서, 반사경이 장착된 반사식 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.

  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 액정층은 비틀린 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정장치.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 액정층은 비틀림각이 180도 내지 360도인 네틱액정인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  19. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 광학적 보상수단은 단일축으로 신장된 고분자박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 .
  20. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 광학적 보상수단은 다수축으로 신장된 고분자박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  21. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 광학적 보상수단은 폴리비닐알코올, 폴리에스테르술폰산 폴리에스테르, 폴리카아보네이트, 셀룰로우즈 아세테이트, 액정폴리머 및 셀로판종 중의 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
