Claims (5)

  1. 면등 천연 또는 합성섬유원료 세척용 기계장치로서, 섬유원료를 운반하는 한 기류로 섬유원료가 하나의 세척대와 함께 작동되는 오프닝 롤러에 운반되고 운반기류는 공급함에서 분리되며 세척대 밑에서 불순물이 제거되면서 폐기물실로 집적되고 운반기류(17)중에서 분리된 또 하나의 운반 공기는 세척대(8) 밑에 있는 하부공간(9,11)이 퇴적된 폐기물을 배출시키는 기능을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 원료 세척용 기계장치.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 기술된 계기장치로서, 세척대(8)와 함께 작동되는 오프닝 롤러(7)에는, 30도 내지 40도 범위내의 각도, 이상적으로는 34도 내지 37도의 각도로 구부러진 갈퀴(22)가 달린 차차(20)가 형성된 와이어(20)가 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계장치.
  3. 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에서 기술된 기계장치에서 불순물을 공간(9)은 열 수 있는 벽면부의(1C)로 운반기류(17)로부터 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계장치.
  4. 청구범위 제2항에 기술된 기계장치에서, 세척대(8)밑의 하부공간(11)은 열 수 있는 벽면부위(1C)의 영향을 받지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계장치.
  5. 청구범위 제1항에서 제4항까지중 어느 하나에 기술된 기계장치로서, 세척대(8)또는 하부공간(9)밑에서 하나의 추가적 분리 기류(29)가 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계장치.
