Claims (4)

  1. 코링로울러의 외주를 둘러싼 외벽의 일부에 제진개구부를 설치하고, 공급슬라이버 속에서 전기한 코밍로울러의 작용에 의하여 불순물을 분리시키고, 전기한 제진 개구부로부터 방출된 불순물을 공기반송(搬送)에 의하여 제거시키는 오픈엔드 정방기에 있어서, 전기한 제진개구부에 연속되는 제진운반실을 설치하고 이 제진운반실에는 전기한 제진개구부보다 아래쪽 위치에서 반송공기도입부를 개구시키며 전기한 제진 개구부에 노출되는 코밍로울러의 주면과 제진운반실의 다른쪽 측벽과의 사이으 간격이 D-2D(D는 코밍 로울러의 직경)의 범위가 되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 오픈엔드정방기의 제진장치
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 제진운반실은 전기한 제진개구부의 앞벽에 연속하는 한쪽의 측벽이, 이측벽이 로우터의 축과 평행한 수직면과 이루는 각 β와, 전기한 앞벽이 그 수직면과 이루는 각를 거의 같아지도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 오픈엔드 정방기의 제진장치
  3. 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, 전기한 제진운반실의 상벽에는 전기한 제진개구부의 후벽가까이에 대기에 연통되는 다수의 투공이 형성되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 오픈엔드 정방기의 제진장치.
