Abstract

Un descortezador por impacto teniendo un rotor montado para rotación alrededor de un eje sustancialmente horizontal en una caja generalmente concéntrica y cilíndrica provista en la parte superior de un orificio de entrada y en la parte inferior de un orificio de salida para el material que se trata, caracterizándose dicho descortezador por impacto porque se han formado nervaduras graduadas que se extienden sustancialmente en forma horizontal, en la cara interna de la caja entre la entrada y la salida (en la dirección de la rotación del rotor), siendo graduadas dichas nervaduras y porque están espaciadas progresivamente mas estrechas, y se hacen progresivamente mas puntiagudas, progresivamente mas profundas y/o se aproximan al rotor mas estrechamente desde la entrada hacia una zona central entre los orificios de entrada y salida.
