Claims (13)

  1. 한 면이 최소한 열 전사 염료를 함유하는 하나의 염료피복물로 지지되고, 중합 피복물이 a) 가교 결합 가능한 분자당 여러개의 달려있는 아크릴 그룹 또는 말단 아크릴 그룹을 가지는 최소한 하나의 다기능 물질 및 분자당 4-8개의 이러한 아크릴 그룹을 가지는 다기능 물지르이 10중량 %로 구성된 유기 수지; b) 수지내에 용해하거나 또는 부분적으로 용해하고, 수지/중합체 혼합물의 1-40중량%로 구성된, 최소한 하나의 선형 유기 중합체; c) 장쇄의 카복실산 또는 인산, 인산의 긴 알킬 사슬에스테르, 및 긴 찰킬 사슬 아크릴레이트 유도체로부터 선택된 활제(slip agent); d) 수지내에 용해되는 정전방지제(antistatic agent), 및 e) 직경이 5μm미만인 고체 입자의 차페 방지제로 구성된 피복조성물층내 중합되는 아크릴 기능 그룹의 반응 생성물로 이루어진, 다른 표면위에 중합성 후면 피복물을 가진 열가소성 기판 필름으로 구성되는 열전자 인쇄용 염료시트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 최소한 10중량 %의 다기능 물질이 분자당 2-4개의 아크릴 그룹을 갖고 최소한 10중량의 다기능 물질이 부자당 5-7개의 아크릴 그룹을 가지는 염료시트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 최소한 50중량 %의 다기능 물질이 분자당 5-7개의 아크릴 기능 그룹을 가지는 염료시트.
  4. 전기한 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다기능 물질이 우레탄, 에폭사이드 및 폴리에스테르로부터 선택된, 아크릴 그룹이 부착된 올리그더 주쇄를 가지는 분자로 이루어진 염료시트.
  5. 제1-3항중 어느 한 항에 잇어서, 수지가 알킬 디아크릴레이트로 이루어진 염료시트.
  6. 전기한 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 b의 선형 유기 중합체가 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 폴리비닐 클로라이드, 선형 폴리에스테르 및 아크릴화된 폴리에스테르 폴리올로부터 선택된 염료시트.
  7. 전기한 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활제가 스테아린산의 이가 금속염인 염료시트.
  8. 전기한 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단일 화합물이 미끄러지게 작용하는 성분 c 및 정전방지 작용르 하는 성분 d 모두를 공급하는데 사용되는 염료시트.
  9. 전기한 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염료피복을 및 열가소성 기판 필름사이에, 인쇄 공정동안 헤드를 향해 이동하는 염료량을 제한하는 염료-방어 층을 가지는 염료시트.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 염료-방어층이 a) 가교 결합 가능한 분자당 여러개의 달려있는 아크릴 그룹 또는 말단 아크릴 그룹을 가지는 최소한 하나의 다기능 물질 및 분자당 4-8개의 이러한 그룹을 가지는 다기능물질의 10중량 %로 구성된 유기수지; b)수지내에 용해하거나 또는 부분적으로 용해하고, 수지/중합체 혼합물의 1-40중량 %로 구성된, 최소한 하나의 성형 유기 중합체; 로 구성된 조성물내의 중합되는 아크릴기능 그룹의 반응 생성물로 이루어진 염료시트.
  11. a) 가교 결합 가능한 분자당 여러개의 달려있는 아크릴 그룹 또는 말단 아크릴 그룹을 가지는 최소한 하나의 다기능 물질 및 분자당 4-8개의 이러한 아크릴 그룹을 가지는 다기능 물질의 10중량 %로 구성된 유기 수지; b)수지내에 용해하거나 또는 부분적으로 용해하고, 수지/중합체 혼합물의 1-40중량 %로 구성된, 최소한 하나의 선형유기 중합체; c)장쇄의 카복실산 또는 인산, 인산의 긴 알킬 사슬 에스테르, 및 긴 알킬사슬 아크릴레이트 유도체로부터 선택된 활제(slip agent); d) 수지내에 용해되는 정전 방지제중합을 위하여 열 또는 광학적인 자국에 응답하는 활성화제로 구성된 조성물인 열 전사 인쇄용 염료시트의 제조에 사용하기 위한 피복조성물.
  12. 열 가소성 기판 필름을 최소한 하나의 염료피복 조성불로 피복하고 다른 표면을 제11항에 따르는 후면 피복 조성물로 피복한 후, 아크릴 기능 그룹의 효과적인 중합을 위해 자극을 주어 기판 필름위에 보호후면 피복물을 공급하는 것으로 이루어진 열 전사 인쇄용 염료시트를 제조하기 위한 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 한줄의 기판 필름을 피복장치를 통해 통과시키고, 이동 필름의 전기한 다른 면을 활성화제로서 방사-응답 감광 시스템을 포함하는 후면 피복조성물 층으로 피복시키고, 조성물을 건조시키고, 피복 장치를 통해 필름이 이동을 계속할 때 피복물에 조성물의 효과적인 경화에 적절한 방사를 쏘이는 단계로 이루어진 연속적인 단번의 공정으로 후면피복물이 공급되는 방법.
