Claims (14)

  1. 주성분으로서, 유리 분말 및 수지 결합제를 함유하는 유리 분말 성형물, 및 상기 수지 결합제의 온도보다 더 높은 열분해 개시 온도를 갖는, 유리 분말 성형물의 표면상에 제공된 점착층을 포함하는 유리 분말 점착성 시이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유리 분말의 연화점이 300℃ 내지 1400℃인 유리 분말 점착성 시이트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 수지 결합제의 열분해 초기 온도가 100°내지 350℃인 유리 분말 점착성 시이트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 점착층이 100°내지 350℃의 열분해 초기 온도를 갖는 유리 분말 점착성 시이트.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 점착층과 수지 결합제와의 열분해 초기 온도의 차이가 10℃ 이상인 유리 분말 접착성 시이트.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 점착층이 외적인 요소에 의하여 점착 특성을 나타내는 유리 분말 점착성 시이트.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 자체-지지 특성을 갖는 저 점착 기재가 점착층의 표면상에 임시로 제공되는 유리 분말 점착성 시이트.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 유리 분말 성형물이 추가로 무기 분말 및/또는 금속 분말을 함유하는 유리 분말 점착성 시이트.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 유리 분말의 연화점이 300°내지 1400℃인 유리 분말 점착성 시이트.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 수지 결합제의 열분해 초기 온도가 100°내지 350℃인 유리 분말 점착성 시이트.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 점착층의 열분해 초기 온도가 100°내지 350℃인 유리 분말 점착성 시이트.
  12. 제8항에 잇어서, 점착층과 수지 결합제와의 열분해 초기 온도의 차이가 10℃ 이상인 유리 분말 점착성 시이트.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 점착층이 외적인 요소에 의해 점착 특성을 나타내는 유리 분말 점착성 시이트.
  14. 제8항에 있어서, 자체-지지 특성을 갖는 저 점척 기재가 점착층의 표면상에 제공되는 유리 분말 점착성 시이트.
