제1도는 본 발명의 실시예를 나타내는 제어용 변속장치의 종단면도. 제2도는 제1도의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ 화살표에서 본 단면도. 제3도는 본 발명의 장치에 있어서 동력전달계를 설명함을 나타내는 개략도.

Claims (4)

  1. 입력치차에 한쌍의 중간치차를 교합시킴과 더불어 출력치차에 다른 한쌍의 중간치차를 교합시키고, 이들 입력치차측의 중간치차와 출력 치차측의 중간치차를 각각 중간측으로 상호 연결한 기어트레인에 있어서 상기 중간치차중 1개를 중간측에 대하여 유감(遊嵌)시킴과 더불어 고정수단으로 결합고정 가능하게 하고 그 유감상태에 있어서 중간축과 중간치차를 상호 반대방향으로 약간 회동시키고, 입력치차에서 일방의 중간치차를 거쳐 출력치차에 이르는 트레인과 타방의 중간치차를 거쳐 출력치차에 이르는 트레인을 상호반대의 회전방향에 대하여 백래쉬가 없는 교합상태로 하고 그 교합상태에서 상기 고정수단에 의한 결합고정하여 되는 제어용 변속장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단이 중간치차에 설한 통공에 회전방향으로 격간을 개재해서 관통시킨 보울트와 중간측에 고정한 원판으로 구성되고, 상기 원판에 상기 보울트를 나합시켜서 상기 중간치차를 결합 고정하게끔 한, 제어용 변속장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단이 스판링으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제어용 변속장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 케이싱의 내측에 상기 출력치차와 이에 교합하는 한쌍의 중간치차를 배치하는 한편, 상기 케이싱의 외측에 상기 입력치차와 이에 교합하는 한쌍의 중간치차를 배치하고, 이들 입력치차와 후자의 중간치차를 상기 케이싱의 외측으로 돌출시킨 브릿지 부재를 통하여 고정한 커버로 덮고, 이 커버에 상기 입력치차를 지지하는 입력축을 축수하고, 또 상기 중간치차를 지지하는 중간축의 축단을 향한 조정공을 설한 것을 특징으로 하는, 제어용 변속장치.
