Claims (15)
- 70-97중량%의 폴리올레핀 및 3-30중량%의 폴리올레핀 분자량보다 작은 분자량의 수지를 포함하고 기본층 중량의 1-20%인 최소한 하나의 표면을 가지는 기본층 및 80-99%중량% 프로필렌 및 1-20중량% 에틸렌의 공중합체를 포함하는 필름층으로 구성되는 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기존 층이 70-90중량% 폴리올레핀 및 10-30중량% 수지로 구성되는 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공중합체가 랜덤 공중합체인 필름.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기본 층내의 폴리올레핀 분자당 C2-4를 포함하는 모노 알파 올레핀의 중합체, 바람직하게 폴리프로필렌인 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌이 ASTM D 1505로 23℃에서 측정된 0.86-0.92 g/cc 의 밀도 및 ASTM D 1238 (230℃ 및 2.1kg 조건) 로 측정된 1-15g/100 분의 멜트 플로우 인덱스 (melt flow index) 를 가지는 이소택틱 폴리프로필렌인 필름.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수지가 수소첨가된 필름.
- 제6항에 있어서, 기본 층내의 수소첨가된 수지가 수소처리된 석유 수지인 필름.
- 제7항에 있어서, 수소처리된 수지가 200-330℃ 온도에서 수소첨가 촉매를 사용하여 열적으로 중합된 증기 분해된 유출 유분 또는 촉매적으로 중합된 불포화 탄화수소 유분을 수소처리함에 의해 제조된 것인 필름.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수지가 ASTM E 28로 100-140℃의 연화점을 가지는 필름.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기본 층이 75-85중량%의 폴리올레핀 및 15-25중량%의 수지로 구성되는 필름.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기본 층이 랜덤 공증합체로 구성되는 필름층의 기본 층의 중량의 1-10중량%인 각 표면을 가지는 필름.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 랜덤 공중합체가 94-98중량% 프로필렌 및 2-6중량% 에틸렌으로 구성되는 필름.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 랜덤 공중합체가 ASTM D 1505로 23℃에서 측정된 0.86-0.92g/cc의 밀도 및 ASTM D 1238로 (230℃ 및 2.16kg 조건)로 측정된 2-15g/10분의 멜트 플로우 인덱스를 가지는 이소택틱 프로필렌-에틸렌 공중합체인 필름.
- 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이축으로 배향된 필름.
