Abstract

본 발명은 실질적으로 액체 매질 부재하에 마그네슘, 티탄 및 할로겐, 유기알루미늄 화합물, 및 전자 공여성 화합물을 포함하는 촉매계를 사용하는 중기-상 중합체 의해 수득되고; (1) 공중합체의 에틸렌 함량이 3.0내지 7.0중량%이고, (2)공주압체중 탄소수 4이상인 a-올레핀의 함량이 2.0 내지 6.0중량%이며, (3) 공중합체 중 에틸렌 함량 대 탄소수 4이상인 a-올레핀의 함량비가 1.0이상이고, (4) 공중합체 용융유량이 10g/10분 이하이며, (5) 공중합체 중 n-헥산-가용성 성분의 양이 5.5중량%미만인 조건을 만족시키느; 프로필렌, 에틸렌 및 탄소수 4 이상인 a-올레핀의 랜덤 공중합체가 하나 이상의 표면상에 적층된 결정성 폴리프로필렌층을 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 적층 플롬에 관한 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 실질적으로 액체 매질 부재하에 마그네슘, 티탄 및 할로겐 유기알루미늄 화합물, 및 전자 공여성 화합물을 포함하는 촉매계를 사용하는 중기-상 중합에 의해 수득되고; (1) 공중합체의 에틸렌 함량이 3.0 내지 7.0중량%이고 (2) 공중합체중 탄소수 4이상인 a-올레핀의 함량이 2.0 내지 6.0줄량이며, (3) 공중합체중 에틸렌 함량 대 탄소수 4 이상인 a-올레핀 함량비가 1.0이상이고, (4) 공중합체의 용융 유량이 10g/10분 이하이며, (5) 공주합체의 중량평균 분자량 대 수 평균 분자량의 바가 4.5이하이고, (6) 공중합체의 융점이 135℃이하이며, (7) 공중합체중 n-헥산-가용성 성분의 양이 5.5중량% 미만인 조건을 마족시키는; 프로필렌, 에틸렌 및 타소수 4 이상인 a-올레핀의 랜덤 공중합체가 하나 이상의 표면상에 적층된 결정성 폴리프로필렌 층을 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 적층 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 티탄 화합물을 유기 마그네슘 화합물로 환원시키고, 환원된 고체 생성물을 에스테르 화학물로 처리하고, 처리된 생성물을 사염화티탄으로 처리하여 고체 촉매 성분을 수득하는, 폴리프로필렌 적층 필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유기알루미늄 화합물이 분자내에 하나 이상의 알루미늄 - 탄소 결합을 갖는 폴리프로필렌 적층 필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 전자 공여성 화합물이 규소 화합물인 폴리프로필렌 적충 필름.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 중기-상 중합을 대기압 내지 40㎏/㎤G의 압력하에서 20내지 150℃ 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 적층 필름.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체의 에틸렌 함량이 4.0 내지 6.0중량%인 폴리프로필렌 적층 필름.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체의 a-올레핀 함량이 3.0 내지 5.0중량%인 폴리프로필렌 적층 필름.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체의 용융 유량이 3내지 8g/10분인 폴리프로필렌 적층 필름.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체의 중량 평균 분자량 대 수 평균 분자량의 비가 4.0 이하인 폴리프로필렌 적층 필름.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체의 융점니 110 내지 135℃인 폴리프로필렌 적층 필름.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소수 4이상인 a- 올레핀이 부텐-1인 폴리프로필렌 적층 필름.
