Claims (21)

  1. 인간의 내피성 세포 생장인자를 암호화한 DNA 서열을 발현시킬 수 있는 복제가능한 발현벡터를 적합한 숙주내에 도입하고 언급된 숙주를 형질전환시켜 재조합 숙주를 수득한 다음 언급된 내피성 세포 생장인자-암호화 cDNA서열이 발현되도록 하는 조건하에서 언급된 재조합 숙주를 배양하여 내피성 세포 생장인자를 생성함을 특징으로하여, 인간의 내피성 세포성장 인자를 생성하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 내피성 세포 생장인자를 회수하는 추가의 단게를 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 언급된 발현벡터가 박테리오 파아지인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 언급된 박테리오 파아지가 람다gt10및 람다gt11로 이루어진 그룹중 하나인 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 언급된 발현벡터가 플라스미드인 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 언급된 플라스미드가 pBR322로 부터 유도되는 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 언급된 발현벡터에 대한 조절작용이 바이러스 물질에 의해 제공되는 방법.

  12. 제11항에 있어서, 언급된 시스템이 세포내에 존재하는 재조합 시스템.

  14. 제11항에 있어서, 이, 콜라이, 바실러스 서브틸리스, 곤충 효모 및 척추동물 세포로 이루어진 그룹중의 하나를 형질전환 시키거나 감염시켜 수득한 재조합 시스템.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 진핵생물을 형질전환시켜 수득한 재조합 시스템.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 내피성 세포 생장인자의 회수방법이 재조합 숙주 시스템에 의해 발현된 단백질을 내피성 세포 생장인자에 대해 특이한 결합 단백질 하나 이상을 함유하는 시약 조성물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 공급원이 인간인 다른 단백질이 필수적으로 유리된 인간의 내피성 세포 생장인장.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 내피성 세포 생장인자의 NH2-말단 아미노산으로부터 연장된 폴리펩타이드 서열을 함유하는 내피성 세포 생장 인자.
  19. 인간의 내피성 세포 생장인자에 대한 완전한 암호 서열을 함유하는 cDNA클론.
  20. 내피성 세포 생장인자 mRNA에서 정의한 바와 같이 인간의 내피성 세포 생장인자의 암호서열의 5' 및 3'에 위치한 비해독된 뉴클레오타이트 서열을 함유하는 cDNA클론.
  21. 상처 치료를 촉진하는 인간의 내피성 세포 생장인자의 치료적 유효량을 무독한 담체와의 혼합물로 함유하는 조성물.
