Claims (11)
- 패턴형성 가능한 피복층이 제공된 스크린 프린팅용 금속스텐실 상에 소정 패턴에 따라 상기 피복층의 일부가 제거되도록 고에너지빔 방사처리를 국부적으로 행함으로서 디자인 패턴을 제공하는 방법에 있어서, 금속분말이 혼합된 레지스트 물질이 패턴형성 가능한 피복층(3)을 형성하기 위한 물질로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 스크린 프린팅용 금속스텐실 상의 디자인 패턴 제공방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 상기 레지스트물질이 고에너지 방사로써의 처리전 또는 후에 큐어링되는 레지스트 물질로 이루어진 하나 또는 다수의 성분임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용된 상기 레지스트물질에 혼합된 금속분말은 전기분해도금조에 있는 상기 패턴형성 가능한 피복층(3)에 전기분해에 의해서 소정의 금속층이 부착될 수 있도록 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 금속분말이 혼합된 레지스트물질로 구성된 상기 패턴가능한 피복층이 전기도금되기 전에 탈지처리, 활성화 등과 같은 선행처리가 행하여짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 패턴형성 가능한 피복층(3)은 아연,구리, 니켈 및 철 또는 이들의 하나 또는 다수의 합금으로부터 선택된 금속분말이 혼합된 레지스트물질을 사용함으로써 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 벙법.
- 소정의 피복층을 소정의 제어방식에 따라 빔형태의 고에너지 방사를 행함으로써 소정의 패턴이 형성되도록한 패턴형성 가능한 상기 피복층으로 도포된 스크린 프린팅용 금속 스텐실에 있어서, 상기 패턴형성 가능한 피복층(3)이 금속분말이 혼합된 소정의 레지스트물질로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 금속 스텐실.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 레지스트 물질은 하나 또는 다수의 성분으로 이루어진 물질임을 특징으로 하는 금속 스텐실.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 레지스트물질이 아연, 구리, 니켈 및 이들금속의 하나 또는 다수의 합금으로부터 선택된 금속분말로 혼합된 것임을 특징을 하는 금속스텐실.
- 제6항 내지 8항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 분말의 혼합 백분율은 상기 피복층의 열전도율이 스텐실이 만들어지는 금속의 열 전도율과 거의 일치하도록 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 금속 스텐실.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 레지스트물질은 전체 혼합물의 중량에 대해 적어도 25%의 백분율로 금속 분말이 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 금속 스텐실.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 레지스트물질은 전체 혼합물의 중량에 대해 적어도 55%의 금속 분말로 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 금속 스텐실.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
