Claims (7)

  1. 스피닝 노즐 시스템, 냉각 샤프트, 연속간격, 디퓨저 샤프트, 연속운동 플리스 전달 컨베이어 및 상기 컨베이어를 통해 배출 공기를 끌고 작용 공기를 공급하기 위한 수단으로 구성되고, 상기 냉각 샤프트는 다수의 공기 오리피스가 제공된 샤프트 벽을 구비하고, 냉각시키는데 필요한 상기 작용 공기는 공기 유동을 제공하도록 상기 공기 오리피스를 통해 유입되고, 상기 공기 유동은 상기 플리스 전달 컨베이어를 통해 적어도 일부가 끌려지는 필라멘트-스피닝 유니트에서 무한 합성수지 필라멘트로부터 스펀 플리스를 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 스펀 플리스의 두께는 상기 디퓨저 샤프트의 이송방향 하부 흐름을 상기 플리스 전달 컨베이어 상에서 측정되고, 적어도 상기 두께의 측정 값은 적어도 한 소정의 설정 포인트 값과 비교되고, 상기 설정 포인트 값으로부터 상기 측정 값의 편차에 의해, 상기 연속간격의 입구에 인접하게 놓인 적어도 한 공기 제어 플랩의 설정 각도는, 상기 설정 포인트 값으로부터 상기 측정 값(상기 설정 포인트 값보다 큰 측정값)의 플러스 편차에 의해, 상기 설정 각도가 좀더 커지고, 상기 설정 포인트 값으로부터 상기 측정 값의 마이너스 편차에 의해, 상기 설정 각도가 줄어들게 되도록 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스펀 플리스를 제조하기 위한 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트-스피닝 유니트는 상기 연속 간격에 마주보며 협소한 배출 갭을 형성하는 상기 공기 제어 플랩들 중 적어도 한 쌍을 구비하고, 상기 공기 제어 플랩 중 한 쌍만이 제어 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 스펀 플리스를 제조하기 위한 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트-스피닝 유니트는 상기 연속 간격과 마주하는 협소한 배출 갭을 형성하는 상기 공기 제어 플랩 중 적어도 한 쌍을 구비하고, 상기 공기 제어 플랩쌍 중 둘이 동시에 작동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 스펀 플리스를 제조하기 위한 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스펀 플리스의 두께는 다수의 상기 측정 포인트 X1,X2,...Xn에서 스펀 플리스 폭을 따라 측정되고, 상기 공기 제어 플랩의 상기 설정 각도는 상기 측정 포인트 X1,X2,...Xn에 대응하는 다수의 조절 포인트 y1,y2...yn에서 차등하게 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스펀 플리스를 제조하기 위한 방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 공기 제어 플랩은 탄성적으로 변형 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 스펀 플리스를 제조하기 위한 방법.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 측정 값, 상기 설정 포인트 값 및 상기 설정 각도의 조절은 상기 스펀 플리스의 두께를 위해 공급 귀한 제어 루프에 통합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스펀 플리스를 제조하기 위한 방법.
  7. 연속 간격이 제공된 냉각 샤프트를 구비하고, 상기 냉각 샤프트는 다수의 공기 오리피스가 제공된 샤프트 벽을 구비하고, 냉각시키는데 필요한 작용 공기는 공기 유동을 제공하도록 상기 공기 오리피스를 통해 유입되고, 디퓨저 샤프트와 연속 운동 플리스 전달 컨베이어를 구비하는 필라멘트-스피닝 유니트에서 무한 합성수지 필라멘트로부터 스펀 플리스를 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, a) 적어도 한 측정점에서 상기 디퓨저 샤프트의 이송방향 하부 흐름의 상기 플리스 전달 컨베이어 상에서 상기 스펀 플리스의 두께를 측정하는 단계와, b) 상기 두께의 적어도 한 측정 값과 적어도 소정의 설정 포인트 값과 비교하는 단계와, c) 상기 설정 포인트 값으로부터 상기 측정 값의 편차에 의해 상기 연속 간격의 입구에 인접하게 놓인 적어도 하나의 공기 제어 플랩은, 상기 설정 포인트 값으로부터 상기 측정 값(상기 설정 포인트 값보다, 큰 측정값)의 플러스 편차에 의해 상기 설정 각도가 증가되고, 상기 설정 포인트 값으로부터 상기 측정 값의 마이너스 편차에 의해 상기 설정 각도가 줄어들게 되도록 변하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스펀 플리스를 제조하기 위한 방법.
