Claims (5)
- 이소부틸렌, 3급-부탄올, 메타크롤레인 또는 이소부틸알데히드를 증기상에서 촉매적 산화시키고; 증류 또는 스트립핑에 의해 생성된 반응생성물로 부터 광-비등물질을 제거하고; 용매로서 탄소수 6 내지 9의 포화쇄 지방족 탄화수소를 사용하여, 생성된 메타크릴산수용액으로 부터 메타크릴산을 추출하고;수득된 메타크릴산의 용매용액으로 부터 용매를 회수하고;에스테를화에 대한 촉매로서 기공성의 강산성 양이온 교환수지를 사용하여, 생성된 메타크릴산을 탄소수 1내지 12의 저급 지방족알코올 또는 저급 지환족알코올과 반응시켜 상기 메타크릴산올 에스테르화시킨 다음 수득된 에스에르화 반응생성물을 정제시키는 메타크릴산 에스테르의 제조방법,
- 제1항에 있어서, 기공성의 강산성 양이온 교환수지가 2 내지 16%의 교차결합도. 0,2 내지 50m2/g의 비표면적, 0 내지 1.0ml/g의 다공도 및 100 내지 600Å의 평균 기공직경을 갖는 수지인 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 알코올이 탄소수 1 내지 4의 저급 지방족알코올인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 정제단계가, 증발기를 사용하여 에스테르화 반응생성물을 증류시키고, 증발기의 증류 하부물질을 에스테르화 반응단계로 재순환시키고, 증발기의 증류물을 냉각시키고, 증류물을 오일상 및 수성상으로 분리시킨 다음, 증류로써 알코올을 수성상으로 부터 분리시켜 이를 에스테르화 반응단계에 재순환시키고, 메타크릴산에스테르를 증류로써 오일상으로 부터 회수함을 포함하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 증발기의 증류 하부물질을 에스테르화 반응단계에 재순환시킬때, 증류 하부물질의 일부 또는 전부를 증류하여 아세토닐아세톤이 함유된 고-비등불순물을 제거한 다음 잔사를 에스테르화 반응 단계에 재순환시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
