Claims (6)

  1. 약품에 불침투성인 이면과 상술한 이면의 한면상에 설치된 감압 점착층으로 이루어진 니트로글리세린의 경피 투여형 약제에 있어서, 감압 점착층이 80 내지 95중량% 농도의 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트 코폴리머와 5 내지 20중량% 농도의 니트로글리세린을 함유하고, 상술한 코폴리머는 코폴리머의 주성분으로서 탄소수 6 또는 그 이상을 갖는 알킬기를 가진 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트이고, 그 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트는 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트의 총중량 기준으로 40 내지 90중량% 농도의 2-에틸헥실메타아클릴에이트를 함유하며, 그리고 코폴리머가 롤링 보올 택 치 2 또는 그 이하를 갖는 것으로 이루어진 트로글리세린의 경피 투여형 약제.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트 코폴리머가 코폴리머 성분으로서 다작용성 모노머를 코폴리머의 모든 모노머의 총중량 기준 0.001 내지 0.1중량% 농도로 함유하는 니트로글리세린의 경피 투여형 약제.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 알킬(매타)아크릴레이트 코폴리머가 본질적으로 탄소수 6 또는 그 이상을 갖는 알킬기를 가지는 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트로 된 니트로글리세린의 경피 투여형 약제.
  4. 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트 코폴리머와 니트로글리세린을 함유하는 유기 용매 용액을 약품에 불침투성인 이면의 한면에 도포하고;그리고 상술한 도포된 층을 건조시켜 감압 점착층을 형성시키는 것으로 이루어진 니트로글리세린의 경피 투여형 약제의 제조방법에 있어서, 상술한 코폴리머가 주 코폴리머 성분으로서 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트를 함유하며, 그 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트가 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트의 총중량 기준 40 내지 90중량% 농도의 2-메틸헥실메타아크릴레이트를 함유하며, 그리고 롤링 보올 택치 2 또는 그 이하를 가지며, 상술한 유기 용매가 용해도 파라메터 8.9 내지 9.9를 가지며, 그리고 상술한 감압 점착층이 80내지 95중량% 농도의 코폴리머와 5 내지 20중량% 농도의 니트로글리세린을 함유하는 것으로 이루어진 니트로글리세린의 경피 투여형 약제의 제조방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상술한 알킬(메탸)아크릴레이트 코폴리머가 코폴리머 성분으로서 다작용성 모노머를 코폴리머의 모든 모노머 총중량 기준으로 0.001 내지 0.1중량% 농도로 함유하는 니트로글리세린의 경피 투여형 약제의 제조방법.
  6. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상술한 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트 코폴리머가 본질적으로 탄소수 6 또는 그 이상을 갖는 알킬기를 가지는 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트로된 니트로글리세린의 경피 투여형 약제의 제조방법.
