살부타몰 함유 외용 첩부제 및 그의 제조방법

제2도는 첩부제의 첩부시간과 히스타민 기관지 수축작용의 억제율과의 관계를 표시한 도.
제3도는 금속 봉쇄제의 약제 안정효과를 표시한 실험도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 고분자 물질 및 금속이온 봉쇄제를 함유한 점착성기제 중에서 살부타몰 또는 의약품으로서 허용되는 그의 염이 유효량 배합된 약물 보유층이 지지체상에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 살부타몰 외용 첩부제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고분자 물질이 천연 고무, 폴리이소프렌, 폴리부타디엔, 스티렌-이소프렌-스티렌 블럭 공중합체, 폴리아크릴산 에스테르, 폴리메타크릴산에스테르, 아클릴산에스테르-메타크릴산에스테르 공중합체, 아크릴산-아크릴산에스테르-아세트산비닐 공중합체, 석유계 수지의 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 고분자 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 살부타몰 외용 첩부제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 점착성 기제중에 점착력 부여 수지가 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 살부타몰 외용 첩부제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 점착성 기제중에 연화제가 함유되어 있는 것을 특지으로 하는 살부타몰 외용 첨부제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 고분자 물질이 2중 결합을 가지는 경우에, 점착성 기제중에 산화방지제가 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 살부타몰 외용 첩부제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 약물 보유층 중의 살부타몰 및 금속이온 봉쇄제의 배합량이 살부타몰: 1 내지 6%(중량%, 이하 같음) 금속이온 봉쇄제: 0.01 내지 2%인 것을 특징으로 하는 살부타몰 외용 첩부제.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 고분자 물질이 아크릴산:10% 이하 아크릴산에스테르:60 내지 100% 아세트산비닐:20%이하의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 살부타몰 외용 첩부제.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 고분자 물질이 천연고무인 경우에 있어서, 점착성 기제중의 배합량이 천연고무:30 내지 70% 점착력부여 수지:30 내지 60% 연환제:20% 이하 산화방지제: 0.01 내지 2% 금속이온 봉쇄제: 0.01 내지 2%인 것을 특징으로 하는 살부타몰 외용 첩부제.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 고분자 물질이 스티렌-이소프렌-스티렌 블럭 공중합체이며, 연화제가 액상 고무인 경우에 있어서 점착 기제중에 있어서 이들의 배합량이 스티렌-이소프렌-스티렌블럭 공중합체: 20 내지 40% 액상고무:5 내지 20%인 것을 특징으로 하는 살부타몰 외용 첩부제.
  10. 고분자 물질 및 금속이온 봉쇄제를 필수적으로 함유하는 점착성 물질에 살부타몰을 함유시켜서 지지체상에 전연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 살부타몰 함유 외용 첩부제의 제조방법.
