Abstract

본 발명은, 일반적으로 내복약물의 형태로 사용되는 초산 이소솔비드를 경피흡수용 연고제로 활용한 것에 관한 것이다. 경피흡수용 연고제는 초산 이소솔비드, 경피흡수촉진제, 점착제액을 분리페이퍼 이 용후, 용매를 제거하고 표면코팅하여 제조된다. 경피흡수촉진제로 사슬형 모노카르본산 에스테르 및/또는 고급알코올을 사용하면 초산 이소솔비드의 혈청농도를 유효수준까지 장시간 장시간 유지함이 가능하다.

Claims (4)

  1. 초산 이소솔비드와 사슬형 모노카르본산 에스테르 또는 고급알코올로 이루어지는 경피흡수촉진제를 필수성분으로 하고, 여기에 점착제를 첨가하여 이루어지는 점착테이프 형태의 경피흡수용 연고제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 경피흡수촉진제의 사슬형 모노카르본산 에스테르가 팔미트산 이소프로필, 미리스트산 이소프로필, 락트산 세틸, 세바스산 디에틸, 라우르산 크실로올, 이소옥탄산 세틸, 락트산 라우릴이고, 고급알코올의 세탄올, 스테아릴 알코올, 라우릴 알코올, 세토스테아릴 알코올, 미리스틸 알코올인 점착테이프 형태의 경피흡수용 연고제.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 점착제를 스틸렌-이소프렌-스틸렌 블럭 공중합체를 사용한 점착테이프 형태의 경피흡수용 연고제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 경피흡수촉진제의 배합량이 사슬형 모노카르본산 에스테르의 경우는 3∼12%이고, 고급알코올의 경우는 1∼3%중량인 점착테이프 형태의 경피흡수용 연고제.
