Claims (9)

  1. 하기 일반식을 갖는 막 침투 증강제 유효랑을 국소 투여하는 점이 개선된, 전신에 유효한 약품을 경피 투여용 장치 또는 제제물로 인체 및 동물의 피부 또는 점막을 통하여 국소 투여하는 방법.
    상기 식 중 X는 산소 및 황으로 되는 군 중에서 선택되고, R'는 H 또는 1-4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 저급 알킬기이고, m이 2-6이고, n은 0-17이고, R은 -CH3이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R'가 수소이고, m이 4이고, n이 4-17이고, R이 CH3인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, X가 산소인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, n이 10인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 전신에 유효한 약품이 치료약품인 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 투여기 동시에 일어나는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 막 침투 증강제가 1-n-운데실포르밀 아자시클로헵탄인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 전신에 유효한 약품이 할로페리돌, 이소소르바이드 디니트레이트, 니트로글리세린, 에스트라디올, 클로니딘, 프로프라놀롤, 인도메타신, 니페디핀, 니카르디핀, 디크로로페낙 및 메타프로테레놀로 되는 군 중에서 선택되는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 전신에 유효한 약품이 할로페리돌, 이소소르바이드 디니트레이트, 니트로글리세린, 에스트라디올, 클로니딘, 프로프라놀롤, 인도메타신, 니페디핀, 니카르디핀, 디클로로페낙 및 메타프로테레놀로 되는 군 중에서 선택되는 방법.
