Claims (8)

  1. 전류자편과 브러쉬와의 사이에 발생하는 전기불꽃을 억제하기 위한 환형상인 불꽃 소호용 소자를 갖춘 소형 모터의 회전자에 있어서, 상기 정류자편은 브러쉬와 습동하는 정류부와 회전자 권선의 리드선이 접속되는 단자부로 되어 있음을 동시에, 상기 단자부에 상기 환형상인 소호용 소작 설치되는 소자 장착부를 갖추며, 상기 환형상인 불꽃 소호용 소자는 상기 장착부에 설치된 상태로 해당 소자 장착부와 전기적으로 접속되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 소형 모터 회전자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단자부는 첩애부를 갖춤과 동시에 상기 소자 장착부가 전기 단자부를 구부려서 구성되며 모터축에 직교방향으로 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 소형 모터의 회전자.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 협애부는 해당 협애부에 있어서 180° 뒤집어지고 회전자 권선의 리이드선이 퓨징에 의해서 전기적으로 접속되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 소형 모터의 회전자.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소자 장착부는 재치된 판형이 상기 불꽃 소호용 소자의 한쪽면에 전기적으로 접속되며 해당 불꽃 소호용 소자를 유지함을 특징으로 하는 소형 모터의 회전자.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소자 장착부와 단자부에 납땜등 전처리 수단을 한 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 모터의 회전자.
  6. 제1항, 2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 불꽃 소호용 소자로서 환형상인 바리스터를 쓴 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 모터의 회전자.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 불꽃 소호용 소자로서 링 저항을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 모터의 회전자.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정류자편을 합성수지로 되는 절연부재와 일체로 형성되어 있는 몰드 전유자가 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 소형 모터의 회전자.
