Claims (6)

  1. 내면에 자석이 설치되고 회전자를 감싸는 것과 같은 원통형의 도전성의 모터 케이스 및 브러시를 유지하는 비도전성의 케이스 덮개를 구비하고, 상기 모터 케이스와 상기 케이스 덮개가 감합면을 거쳐서 감합되어서 구성되는 모터에 있어서, 상기 케이스 덮개에는 브러시 단자편이 내측에서 외측으로 돌출되는 관통공이 설치되고, 이 브러시 단자편이 관통됨과 동시에, 도전성의 거의 U자형 분할핀의 일편이 상기한 케이스 덮개의 내측에서 상기 관통공에 삽입하여 고정되고, 상기한 케이스 덮개의 감합할 면을 상기 모터케이스에 삽입하고 상기한 모터 케이스와 케이스 덮개가 감합한 경우에 상기한 분할핀의 다른편이 상기한 모터케이스의 내벽에 압접되어서, 상기한 브러시와 상기한 모터케이스가 상기한 모터케이스의 내부에서 전기적으로 상호연결되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분할핀은 적당한 탄성을 갖는 거의 U자형의 금속편으로, 장편과 단편을 갖도록구성되고, 단편을 장편에 대해서 평행하지 않고, 다소 외측으로 구부러져 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 분할핀의 장편 및 또는 단편의 외측에 각각 돌기부가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 분할핀의 장편의 내측 단부에 분할핀 고정용 돌기부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 케이스 덮개에는 모터 케이스와 계합하는 외주면의 단락부 위의 일부에 상기한 분할핀의 단편이 수납되는 홈을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 케이스 덮개에는 상기한 분할핀의 장편의 단부내측에 형성된 고정용 돌기부가 수납되는 잘라낸 부분을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
