、第3図は上記提案の整流子装置の一実施例正面図、第
4図は上記提案におけるリード線接続状態を説明するた
めの側断面図、第5図は本考案の第1実施例に用いられ
る整流子片の展開図、第6図は、本考案の第1実施例正
面図、第7図は第5図の要部拡大図、第8図は本考案の
第2実施例の要部拡大図、第9図は本考案の第3実施例
の要部拡大図、第10図は本考案の第4実施例の要部拡
大図、第11図は本考案の第5実施例の要部拡大図を示
す。 図中、1は整流子装置、2は整流子片、3は整流子部、
4は端子部、5は電機子、6は電機子巻線、7はリード
線、8は絶縁円筒、9は絶縁鍔部、10は絶縁ワッシャ
、11は狭隘部、12は端子面の長手方向に並んだ直線
状凹凸部、13は端子面に斜行している直線状の凹凸部
、14は端子面に点7ペにもうけた凹凸部、15は低溶
融金属被着層、16は凹凸部に低溶融金属を被着させた
リード線結合容易化部分を表わす。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 円弧状に彎曲した整流子部および該整流子部より直立し
    た端子部を有する整流子片をそなえ、該整流子片を絶縁
    円筒上に装着すると共に上記端子部を折り曲げて電機子
    巻線のリード線を挾着するように構成された小型モータ
    の整流子装置において、上記端子部は、該端子部の長手
    方向に対して直角方向の断面積が他の部分よりも小さく
    なるよ、うにした狭隘部をもうけると共に該狭隘部にリ
    ード線結合容易化手段をもうけ、上記狭隘部において折
    り曲げられて上記リード線を挾着し、抵抗溶接によって
    上記端子部とリード線とが溶着するように構成されてい
    ることを特徴とする小型モータの整流子装置。
