Claims (8)
- 전기 영동적으로 순수한 시토크롬 P-450sca-1전기 영동적으로 순수한 시토크롬 P-450sca-2및 전기 영동적으로 순수한 시토크럼 P-450sca-3으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 히드록실화 효소.
- 스트렙토미세스 카르보필루스 SANK 62585에 의해 생산 및 분리된 시토크롬 P-450 효소.
- 배지에서 스트렙토미세스 카르보필루스 SANK 62585를 배양하고, 상술한 배지에 상술한 효소의 생산을 유도할 수 있는 유도제를 첨가하고, 상술한 스트렙토미세스 카르보필루스 SANK 62585를 더 배양하고, 상술한 히드록실화 효소를 분리함을 특징으로 하는 히드록실화 효소의 제조방법.
- 효소를 사용하여 기질을 히드록실화하는 제조방법에 있어서, 스트렙토미세스 카르보필루스 SANK 62585에 의해 생산 및 분리된 시토크롬 P-450효소를 상술한 효소를 채택함을 특징으로 하는 개량방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상술한 히드록실화 효소를 시토크롬 P-450sca-1시토크롬 P-450sca-2및 시토크롬 P-450sca-3으로 이루어진 군에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 개량방법.
- 시토크럼 P-450sca-2시토크롬 P-450sca-2및 시토크롬 P-450sca-3으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 히드록실화 효소를 공급하고 ; 상술한 효소에 대한 기질을 공급하고 ; 상술한 히드록실화 효소를 사용하여 상술한 기질을 히드록실화하고 ; 및 히드록실화된 기질을 수득함을 특징으로 하는 히드록실화 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 배지에서 스트렙토미세스 카르보필루스 SANK 62585를 배양하고, 상술한 배지에 상술한 효소의 생산을 유도할 수 있는 유도체를 첨가하고, 상술한 스트렙토미세스 카르보필루스 SANK 62585를 더 배양하고, 상술한 히드록실화 효소를 분리함을 특징으로 하는 히드록실화 방법.
