Claims (5)
- 유체압력센서(42, 142)를 구비하고 있는 차량의 하중에 종속되는 브레이크 보정기(10)에 있어서, 상기 보정기(10)는 보정기 (10)의 입구(38) 및 출구(32)사이의 유체흐름을 제어하기 위하여 밸브부재(26)와 상호작용하도록 설계된 피스톤(20)이 미끄럼 가능하게 장착되어 있는 구멍(l2)이 있는 몸체(11)를 구비하고 있으며, 유체 압력센서(42, 142)는 실린더(50, 150)내에서 미끄럼 가능하게 장착 되어 있고 조립체가 장착되어 있는 차량의 서스펜션 스프링 (48, 148)에 의하여 실린더(50, 150)내에서 이동되는 피스톤(56, 156)을 구비하고 있으며, 피스톤(56, 156)상에 발생되는 힘의 변화는 실린더(50, 150)내에 포함되어 있는 유체의 압력변화를 야기시키며, 보정기(10) 및 유체압력센서(42, l42)는 압력의 변화가 보정기(10)의 피스톤(20)상에 작용하는 방법으로 유체적으로 연결되어 있으며, 유체 압력센서(42, 142)는 서스펜션 스프링(48, 148)의 일단부와 상호작용하기 위한 형강으로 되어 있으며 상기 단부(60)의 형강과 대체로 조화되는 형상을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 하중에 종속되는 브레이크 보정기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 센서(42, 142)의 형상 및 서스펜션 스프링(48, 148)의 단부(60)의 형상은 대체로 고리모양인것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 하중에 종속되는 브레이크 보정기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 실린더(50, 150)는 서스펜션 스프링(48, 148)에 인접하여 장착되어 있는 완충기(46, 146)의 외부표면과 상호작용 할 수 있도록 형상이 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 하중에 종속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 하중에 종속되는 브레이크 보정기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 보정기의 피스톤(20)에 연결되어 있는 제어피스톤(14)을 구비하고 있으며 센서(42, 142)의 유체압력에 종속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 하중에 종속되는 브레이크 보정기.
- 제1항 내지 제4항주 어느 하나에 있어서, 보정기(10)는 차량의 휠 브레이크의 휠 실린더(30)와 일체로 제작 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 하중에 종속되는 브레이크 보정기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
