Claims (10)
- (i)분자량 300내지 1.000의 제1화합물 또는 염의 0.2% 수용액을 사용하여 200psi(1379kpa) 및 20℃에서 시험할 경우, 적어도 15gfd(70.8×10-8m3/m2/s)의 수량 및 적어도 60%의 방출성을 나타내며, 이때g fd수량 및 제1화합물 또는 염의 %방출성의 합이 적어도 90이고, (ii)200psi(1379kpa) 및 25℃에서 0.2% Nacl수용액을 사용하여 시험할 경우 30% 미만의 Nacl방출성을 나타내며: (a)다공성 지지체층: 및 (b)상기 지지체층에 부착되고 알데하이드와 반응하는 다수의 그룹을 함유하는 거의 수혼화성 중합체 매트릭스 중에 다수의 미소구멍을 가진 판별층을 포함하며, 이때 상기 중합체는 이작용성 또는 다작용성 알데하이드의 반응을 통해 가교되어 중합체가 거의 수불용성이 되는 한외여과막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 막 판별층 중의 중합체가 다수의 하이드록실 그룹을 함유하는 비닐부가 중합체인 막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 판별층이 500 내지 5.000Å(50내지 500mm)범위의 두께인 막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 막이 실질적으로 비이온성인 막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 200psi(1379kpa) 및 25℃에서 0.2% Nacl수용액을 사용하여 시험하는 경우 Nacl방출성이 20%미만인 막.
- (a) (i)반응성 수소를 함유하는 다수의-OH,-SH, 1급 또는 2급 아민 또는 아미드 그룹을 함유하는 수혼화성 중합체 (ii)상기 중합체가 불용성이 되기에 유효한 양의 이작용성 알데하이드 또는 다작용성 알데하이드, 케톤 및 활성화된 비닐 화합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 가교제 (iii)수혼화성 중합체용 용매 또는 팽윤제로서, 가교반응을 촉진하고 건조시 피 복물중에 다수의 구멍을 형성시키기에 유효한 양으로 피복 조건하에 거의 액체 상태로 존재하는 인-함유산; 및 (iv)수혼화성 중합체용 용매를 포함하는 용액으로 다공성 지지체의 적어도 하나의 주표면을 피복하고; (b)상기 피복물을 건조시켜 수혼화성 중합체를 가교제로 가교시키는 단계를 포함하는 한외여과막을 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 수혼화성 중합체가 적어도 65%의 아세테이트 그룹이 가수분해되는 비닐 아세테이트의 중합체 또는 공중합체 또는 폴리비닐 알코올인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 인-함유산이 아인산, 인산 또는 폴리인산인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 생성되는 막이 200psi(1379kpa) 및 25℃에서 0.2% Na4EDTA수용액으로 시험하는 경우 적어도 15gfd(70.8×10-8m3/m2/s)의 수량 및 적어도 60%의 방출성을 가지며, 200psi(1379kpa) 및 25℃에서 0.2% Nacl수용액으로 시험하는 경우 30%미만의 Nacl방출성을 갖는 방법.
- (a) 제1항에 기재된 막의 판별층을 카복실산 및 킬레이트제의 염을 함유하는 수용액과 접촉시키고 :(b)상기 막을 통해 화학적 전위차를 실시하여 카복실산의 염이 선택적으로 막을 통해 투과되도록 하며 ; (c)상기 막의 제2표면으로부터 카복실산 염의 수용액을 회수함을 포함하는, 킬레이트제의 염으로부터 C1내지 C4카복실산의 알칼리 금속염을 분리하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
