Claims (15)

  1. 황산, 술폰산 및 인산 또는 그의 혼합물중에서 선택된 산 및 경우에 따라서 또는 필요에 따라서는 불활성 용매의 존재하에(단, 물이 존재할 경우에, 물의 양은 산의 약 15용적% 미만이다) 하기 일반식 (II)의 화합물 또는 그의 염을 탈수시키고, 이때 필요에 따라서 반응을 가열하여 수행함을 특징으로 하여, 하기 일반식 (I)의 티아졸로[3,2-a]벤즈이미다졸 또는 그의 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, n은 1 또는 2이고, R1은 수소, 저급 알킬, 저급 알콕시, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 할로이며, COOR은 산 또는 에스테르기이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 존재하는 물의 양이 산의 약 10용적% 미만인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 존재하는 물의 양이 산의 약 5용적% 미만인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 실질적으로 무수 조건하에서 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 산이 황산인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 산이 알킬술폰산인 방법.

  12. 제11항에 있어서, 10a-(4-클로로페닐)-3a,10a-디하이드로푸로(2′ ,3′:4,5)티아졸로[3,2-a]벤즈이미다졸-2(3H)-온인 일반식 (III)의 화합물.
  13. 하기 일반식 (III)의 락톤을 산성화시킴을 특징으로 하여 하기 일반식 (I)의 화합물 또는 그의 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, n은 1 또는 2이고, R1은 수소, 저급 알킬, 저급 알콕시, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 할로겐이다.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, n이 1이고, R1이 염소인 방법.
  15. 황산 또는 술폰산 및 경우에 따라서 또는 필요에 따라 불활성 용매의 존재하에(단, 물이 존재할 경우에 물의 양은 산의 약 5용적% 미만이다) 하기 일반식 (II)의 화합물을 폐환시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식 (III)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, n은 1또는 2이고, R1은 수소, 저급 알킬, 저급 알콕시, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 할로겐이다.
