Claims (10)

  1. 라세미체, 순수한 에난티오머 또는 에난티오머의 혼합물 형태인 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물 및 이의 산부가염.
    상기식에서, R1은 1개 이상의 할로겐원자, 저급 알킬, 알콕시, 알케닐, 알키닐, 알케닐옥시, 알키닐옥시, 사이클로알킬, 아실, 아실옥시, 알콕시카보닐, 하이드록시알킬 또는 알콕시알킬 그룹 또는 설파모일 그룹 또는 유리원자가의 결합이 서로에 대해 오르토-위치에서 이루어지는 환-형성그룹-(CH=CH)2-또는 -O-CH2-O-에 의해 임의로 치환될 수 있는 페닐 그룹을 나타내거나; 1개 이상의 할로겐 원자, 저급 알킬, 알콕시, 알케닐, 알키닐, 알케닐옥시, 알키닐옥시, 하이드록시알킬, 알콕시알킬, 아실, 아실옥시 또는 알콕시카보닐 그룹, 및 유리원자가의 결합이 서로에 대해 오르토-위치에서 이루어지는 환-형성 그룹-(CH=CH)2- 또는 -OCH2-O-에 의해 임의로 치환될 수 있는 아릴옥시알킬 그룹을 나타내거나, 또는 1개 이상의 할로겐원자 또는 저급 알킬 그룹에 의해 치환될 수 있는 아닐리노 그룹, 또는 피리딜 그룹을 나타낼 수 있으며; R2는 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 또는 알콕시그룹, 또는 유리원자가의 결합이 서로에 대해 오르토-위치에서 이루어지는 환-형성 그룹-(CH=CH)2-또는 -(CH2)n-(여기에서 n은 3내지 5의 정수이다). 또는 CN그룹을 나타내고; R3는 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬그룹을 나타내며; R4는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬 그룹, 또는 탄소수 2 내지 5의 하이드록시알킬 그룹을 나타내고, R5는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬 그룹, 탄소수 2 내지 5의 하이드록시알킬 그룹, 페닐알킬 그룹, 또는 페녹시 알킬 그룹을 나타내는데, 여기에서 방향족 부분은 알킬 또는 알콕시그룹에 의해, 또는 염소 또는 브롬원자에 의해 치환될 수 있거나; R4및 R5가 질소원자와 함께는 헤테로사이클릭 그룹을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 치환된 페녹시메틸 그룹이고, R2및 R3가 할로겐, 시아노 또는 메틸을 나타내는데. 이들중의 하나는 또한 수소를 나타낼수 있으며, R4및 R5가 직쇄 또는 측쇄의저급 알킬 그룹을 나타내는 화합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, R1-CO-NH 가 페녹시 그룹의 4-위치에 존재하고, R1이 메틸에 의해 일치환 또는 이치환된 페녹시메틸 그룹을 나타내며, R2및 R3가 염소 또는 메틸을 나타내고, R4및 R5가 메틸, 에틸, n-프로필 또는 이소-프로필을 나타내는데, R2/R3및 R4/R5는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 화합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, [1-[2,6-디메틸-4-(2-m-톨릴옥시아세틸아미노)-페녹시]-2-하이드록시-3-디에틸아미노-프로판]하이드로클로라이드 및 이의 산부가염인 화합물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, [1-[2,6-디메틸-4-(2-m-톨릴옥시아세틸아미노)-페녹시]-2-하이드록시-3-피페리디노-프로판]하이드로클로라이드 및 이의 산부가염인 화합물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, [1-[2,6-디메틸-4-(2-(2,6-디메틸-페녹시)-아세틸아미노)-페녹시]-2-하이드록시-3-디에틸아미노-프로판]하이드로클로라이드 및 이의 산부가염인 화합물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, [1-[2,6-디메틸-4-(2-(3-메틸페녹시)-아세틸아미노)-페녹시]-2-하이드록시-3-메틸-n-프로필아미노프로판 및 이의 산부가염인 화합물.
  8. 통상적인 부형제 및/또는 담체와 함께 1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 화합물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 제제.
  9. 심장 부정맥, 빈맥 또는 고혈압의 치료를 위한 약제학적 제제의 제조시의 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한항에서 청구된 화합물의 용도.
  10. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아민과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서 R1,R2,R3,R4및 R5는 상기에서 정의한 바와동일하며; Z는 그룹또는 -CHOH-CH2-Hal(여기에서 Hal은 할로겐이다)를 나타낸다.
