아미노산 수용액의 농축방법

제 1 도는 용매조성을 변화시킨 에탄올 수용액중에서 L-트립토판의 용해도의온도에 대한 의존성을 나타내는 그래프이며,
제 2 도는 물 및 50용량% 이소프로필알콜 수용액중에서 L-트립토판의 용해도의 수용액의 pH에 대한 의존성을 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 등전점에 있어서의 물에서의 용해도가 작은 아미노산이 함유된 수용액을 농축하는 방법에 있어서, 그 아미노산이 함유된 수용액에 수용성유기용매를 공존시켜 반투막에 의해 농축하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아미노산수용액의 농축방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반투막이 역침투막으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 유기용매가 탄소수 1-4의 지방족알콜로 되는 것이 특징인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 아미노산이 방향족고리 또는 방향족복소 고리로 되는 것이 특징인 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 역침투막이 농축되어지는 아미노산의 배제율이 80%이상이며, 또 수용성 유기용매의 배제율이 50%이하로 되는 것이 특징인 방법.
