제3도는 본 발명의 배양용기의 다른 실시예를 표시한 것으로, (A)는 조립분해도, (B)는 반단면 사시도.

Claims (10)

  1. 동물세포를 배양함에 있어서, 피배양물을 양분과 동시에 반투막 용기내에 봉입하여, 이 반투막 용기를 수납용기에 수납하는 동시에 반투막 용기의 막밖에 양분과 가스를 존재시켜 상기 반투막을 통하여 반투막 용기내의 피배양물 부유액과 막밖의 양분과의 농도구배에 의한 확산현상에 의하여 반투막 용기내의 피배양물을 고밀도 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배양방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 배양중 반투막과 그의 수납용기로 된 세포 배양용기에 회전 또는 요동을 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 반투막 용기와 그의 수납용기로 된 세포 배양용기를 배양중에 배양시키는데 있어서, 이 세표 배양용기를 요동판에 장착한 상태로 요동판을 ti시에 요동판의 X축을 중심으로 하여 n회 상하로 움직인 후, ti+N시에 Y축을 중심으로 하여 n회 상하로 움직여서, 이 요동판의 중심점(O)의 높이(hO)를 기준으로 하여 요동판의 X축상에 있는 점(A, C)과 Y축상에 있는 점(B, D)의 높이 (hA, hC) 및 (hB, hD)를 임의로 상하로 움직임을 반복하면서 요동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양방법.
  4. 용기내에 피배양물을 수납하는 반투막 용기를 설치, 이 반투막 용기의 외축에 배양액과 가스의 수납부를 형성하는 동시에 이 수납부와 상기 반투막 용기에 각각 수납물의 출입가능한 연통구를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양용기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 반투막 용기가 망사상의 프로텍터로 덮혀져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양용기.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 플라스틱제의 외백의 내부에, 반투막제의 내백이 수납되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양용기.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 반투막의 공경은 반투막내의 세포가 투과하지 않고 배양액이나 가스가 투과하는 크기인 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양용기.
  8. 용기 내에 피배양물을 수납하는 반투막 용기를 설치, 이 반투막 용기의 외측에 배양액과 가스의 수납부를 형성하는 동시에, 이 수납부와 상기 반투막 용기에 각각 수납물의 출입가능한 연통구를 설치한 세포 배양용기와, 상기 외측의 용기에 배양액을 공급하기 위한 백과, 상기 반투막 용기내에 세포부유 배양액을 주입하는 기구와, 상기 반투막 용기내의 배양 후의 세포를 회수하기 위한 백과 상기 세포 배양용기와 상기 배양액 공급백 또는 상기 세포 회수백을 연결하는 튜우브와, 상기 외측의 용기 또는 반투막용기에 무균공기를 주입하는 기구로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 배양장치.
  9. 용기 내에 피배양물을 수납하는 반투막 용기를 설치, 이 반투막 용기의 외측에 배양액과 가스의 수납부를 형성하는 동시에, 이 수납부와 상기 반투막 용기에 각각 수납물의 출입가능한 연통구를 설치, 세포 배양용기를 배양중에 회전시키기 위한 장치로서, 상기 세포 배양용기를 장착하는 회전판과, 이 회전판의 회전장치로 되고 상기 회전판에는 상기 배양용기의 고정구가 설치되어 있으며, 또한 이 회전판은 수평면에 대하여 경사되어 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 배양장치
  10. 용기 내에 피배양물을 수납하는 반투막 용기를 설치, 이 반투막 용기의 외측에 배양액과 가스의 수납부를 형성하는 동시에, 이 수납부와 상기 반투막 용기에 각각 수납물의 출입가능한 연통구를 설치, 세포 배양용기를 배양중에 요동시키기 위한 장치로서, 중심부가 회동가능하게 지지되어, 또한 상기 세포 배양용기를 장착하기 위한 요동판과 이 요동판의 X축 상으로 일단부가 회동가능하게 지지된 압압봉과 Y축 상에 일단부가 회동가능하게 지지된 압압봉과 이것들의 압압봉을 교대로 또는 동시에 상하로 시켜서 상기 요동판을 전후 좌우방향으로 요동시키기 위한 요동기구로 되는 요동 배양장치
