Claims (6)

  1. 컬럼에 미끄러져 움직이기 가능하게 설치된 주축헤드에 회전자유롭게 지지시킨 주축과, 상기 주축의 조직구멍에 축선방향으로 이동자유롭게 끼워놓고, 한쪽으로의 이동에 의해 주축의 끼워붙임구멍에 끼워붙임된 공구를 클램프시켜 다른쪽으로의 이동에 의해 그 공구를 해방시키도록 되어 있는 드로우 바아와, 상기 주축헤드 또는 컬럼에 지지되어 공구잡음용의 교환아암을 가지는 교환축을 구비해서 이루어지는 머시닝센터등의 공구교환장치에 있어서, 상기 주축에 끼워붙임구멍에 장착되어 있는 공구를 이탈자유롭게 걸림되도록한 가클램프수단을 구비시켜서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 머시닝센터 등의 공구 교환장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컬럼에 공구저장용의 복수의 공구포트를 소정의 공구교환위치에 주축과 평행상태로 선택적으로 이동시키도록 되어 있는 공구 메거지인 장치를 장설하고, 상기 교환축을 주축헤드에 상기 주축과 상기 공구 교환위치의 공구포트와의 중간 위치에 주축과 평행으로 축선방향에 이동자유롭고 또한 회전자유롭게 지지시켜, 그 교환축에 개폐 가능한 한쌍의 교환아암을 서로 역방향으로 돌출하도록 2조 설치하고, 그들의 2조의 교환아암이 각각 주축헤드를 소정의 공구교환위치에 상승시킨 상태로 주축에 끼워붙인 공구와 공구포트에 끼워 붙인 공구를 끼운 위치로 되도록 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 머시닝센터 등의 공구 교환장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 교환축을 중공으로 해서 그 속에 조작축을 축선방향으로 이동자유롭게 끼워 놓고, 그의 조작축과 각 교환아암을 조작축의 축선방향으로의 이동에 의해 각 교환아암이 개폐하도록 관련시켜, 주축헤드에 상기 교환축을 회전시키도록 한 제네바 기구와 상기 교환축을 축선방향으로 이동시키도록 한 원통 캠기구와 상기 조작축을 축선방향으로 이동 시키도록 한 끝면캠기구를 장설함과 동시에 상기 각기구를 작동시키는 1개의 구동모우터를 설치해서 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 머시닝센터 등의 공구 교환장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 교환축의 축선과 평행인 축선을 중심으로 해서 회전하는 원통캠의 주면에 캠흠을 설치하고, 주축헤드에 추착된 캠레버의 선단부를 교환축으로 걸어맞춤시켜서 원통캠기구를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 머시닝센터 등의 공구 교환장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 원통캠의 끝면에 끝면캠을 설치하고, 주축헤드에 추착된 캠레버의 선단부를 조작축에 걸어맞춤시켜, 그의 캠레버에 설치한 켐종동자를 상기 끝면캠에 탄력적으로 맞닿게 해서 끝면 캠기구를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 머시닝센터 등의 공구 교환장치.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 각 교환아암을 교환축에 추착함과 동시에 서로 닫히는 방향에 스프링으로 가압하고, 상기 교환축을 중공으로 해서 그 속에 조작축을 축선 방향으로 이동자유롭게 끼워놓고, 그의 조작축과 각 교환아암과의 사이에 조작축의 한쪽으로의 이동에 의해 각 교환아암을 밀어 열도록 한 캠부재를 개재시켜, 또한 상기 조작축에 다른쪽으로의 이동에 의해 각 교환아암과 걸어맞춤해서 각 교환아암을 개폐중심을 중심으로 하는 폐위치에 록하도록 된 사면을 구비한 걸어맞춤편을 설치하고, 조작축의 이동에 의해 교환아암의 개폐와 록을 행하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 머시닝센터 등의 공구 교환장치.
