Abstract

本发明涉及一种加工中心皮带轴,特别是涉及一种直联机械式加工中心皮带轴,包括由转轴、前盖、壳体和连接体组成的加工中心皮带轴,加工中心主轴的转轴设置为中空匹配安装有拉杆,该转轴上段设置有U形限位径向通孔匹配安装有径向连轴销,该连轴销中空,中部与拉杆匹配安装,两端与连接体匹配安装,该连接体轴向设置台阶结构与加工中心机床打刀臂接触;该转轴上端外径设置有轴向台阶结构,匹配安装有联轴器输出端。本发明直联机械式加工中心皮带轴通过联轴器与加工中心皮带轴的转轴与电机连接传动,松拉刀采用加工中心机床打刀臂推动连接体带动拉杆实现松拉刀,传动更加平稳,降低了机床的难度,空间更加紧凑,更具有经济性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种加工中心皮带轴,特别是涉及一种直联机械式加工中心皮带轴。
背景技术
现有的加工中心皮带轴传动方式多是皮带传动,即采用普通电机驱动,通过皮带带动加工中心主轴转动,松拉刀机构采用气缸推动拉杆的方式。这种皮带轴传动和松拉刀方式存在的缺点是传动不平稳,皮带的振动会影响加工中心皮带轴的正常运转,另外机床结构庞大复杂,占用的空间大,成本高。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,尤其是小型加工中心,提供一种直联机械式加工中心皮带轴,通过联轴器将加工中心皮带轴的转轴与电机轴连接传动,松拉刀采用加工中心机床打刀臂推动连接体带动拉杆实现松拉刀,传动更加平稳,简化加工中心机床的结构,空间更加紧凑,降低成本。
本发明所采取的技术方案:
一种直联机械式加工中心皮带轴,包括由转轴、前盖、壳体和连接体组成加工中心皮带轴,加工中心主轴的转轴设置为中空匹配安装有拉杆,该拉杆中部设置有轴向气道,该转轴上段设置有U 形限位径向通孔匹配安装有径向连轴销,该连轴销中空设置有气道结构,中部与拉杆匹配安装,两端与连接体匹配安装,该连接体轴向设置台阶结构,内部设置有气道结构;该转轴上端外径设置有轴向台阶结构,匹配安装有联轴器输出端。
所述连接体台阶面与加工中心机床打刀臂接触。
所述连轴销气道的进气道一端与连接体气道对接,中空出气道与拉杆中部轴向气道对接。
所述连接体气道的进气道一端与定位块出气道对接,出气道一端与连轴销进气道对接。
所述联轴器的输入端与电机轴匹配安装连接。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明直联机械式加工中心皮带轴,用联轴器取代皮带驱动,优化了驱动方式,传动平稳,采用机械式更换刀具,降低机床的复杂难度,使机床的结构更加紧凑,更加具有经济性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,并结合实施例,对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1所示,本发明是一种直联机械式加工中心皮带轴,包括转轴1、前盖2、壳体4和连接体11组成的加工中心皮带轴,转轴1中空匹配安装有拉杆8,在上段U 形限位径向通孔匹配安装有径向拉杆连轴销12,该连轴销两端与拉杆连接体11匹配安装,中段与拉杆8匹配安装;该转轴上端外径设置有轴向台阶结构匹配安装有联轴器输出端13,同时设置有防尘密封的拉杆连接套14,在拉杆8和弹簧调整垫6之间设置有碟簧7,还设有用于密封轴承的前密封垫3、后密封垫9,同时在靠近连接体11的壳体4一端匹配设置安装有进气的定位块10。
本发明的工作原理:加工中心机床启动后,当电机处于工作状态时,电机轴的转动通过联轴器输出端直接驱动加工中心皮带轴转轴1动,需要换刀时,通过加工中心机床打刀臂作用在连接体11台阶面的力,推动连接体11轴线移动,带动转轴1轴线移动,联轴器的输入端和输出端分离,加工中心皮带轴停止转动,同时在拉杆连轴销12的作用下连接体11的移动推动拉杆8移动,拉爪5涨开实现松刀,换刀完成后,加工中心机床打刀臂脱离连接体11的接触,在碟簧7的作用力下,拉杆8推动转轴1轴向复位移动,推动联轴器输入端和输出端13合并,加工中心皮带轴正常转动。高压气体通过定位块10的气孔进入连接体11气道,经拉杆连轴销12气道到达拉杆8内,在换刀时吹净转轴锥孔内侧壁灰尘。

1.一种直联机械式加工中心皮带轴,包括由转轴、前盖、壳体和连接体组成的加工中心皮带轴,加工中心主轴的转轴设置为中空匹配安装有拉杆,该转轴上段设置有U 形限位径向通孔匹配安装有径向连轴销,该连轴销中空,中部与拉杆匹配安装,两端与连接体匹配安装,该连接体轴向设置台阶结构;该转轴上端外径设置有轴向台阶结构,匹配安装有联轴器输出端。
