  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 에너지를 증가시키는 상기 장치(96,104,108,122)가 상기 대편계합 부재들 중의 하나(78)을 상기 대편부분들 중의 하나(22)와 접촉되어 있는 상태에서 진동시켜 상기 대편부분(22,24)들 사이에 활주이동을 인가하여 상기 각각의 대편부분(22,24)의 두께의 최소한 일부가 상기 계면부에서 용융되도록 하는 장치(96, 104, 108, 122)를 포함하고, 상기 개방장치(70, 76, 160)은, 상기 양 대편 계합부재(78,158) 사이에 상대이동을 인가시켜, 상기 대편부분(22,24)들의 일부가 용융된 상태일 때 상기 대편부분(22,24)들 상에 가해지는 압력을 해제하고 최소한 상기 하나의 대편 계합부재(78)과 상기 하나의 대편(22)사이를, 상기 하나의 대편 계합부재(78)이 진동중일 때 분리시키는 장치(160)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치(52).
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 폐쇄장치(160) 및 상기 개방장치(앤빌 70 및 요구부 76과 협력하는 160)이 다른 대편 계합부재(158)과 연관되고 상기 다른 대편 계합부재(158)을 교호로 상기 하나의 대편 계합부재(78)로부터 진퇴 이동시키는, 상기 폐쇄장치 및 개방장치의 복합 기능을 하는 작동기(160)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치(52).
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 장치(52)는, 상기 하나의 대편부분(22)는 상부 대편부분(22)가 되고 상기 다른 대편부분(24)는 저부 대편부분이 되며 대편(S)의 추종부분은 상기 저부 대편부분(24)로부터 연장되도록, 결속할 대상물 주위에 상기 열가소성 대편(S)를 길이 방향으로 이송하여 루프를 형성하는 장치(55,56), 및 상기 대편 추종부를 당겨 상기 대상물 주위의 상기 대편루프를 인장시키는 장치(55)를 갖는 형태의 대편 결속장치(52)에 사용되어지고, 상기 장치(52)는 드한, 그 내부에 상기 상부 및 저부 대편부분(22,24)들이 중첩된 상태로 위치하는 통로에 인접 위치하고 상기 하나의대편 계합부재(98)을 반송하되 그에 대해 진동되도록 그 내부에 장착하는 상기 장치상의 앤빌(70), 루프 파지기장치(162) 상부에서 상기 상부 및 저부 대편부분(22,24)들이 공급되어질 수 있도록 상기 앤빌로부터 격설되도록 이동하고 또한 상기 루프가 인장된 후에 상기 앤빌과 상기 루프 파지기장치(162) 사이에서 상기 저부 및 상부 대편부분(22,24)들을 파지하도록 상기 앤빌(70) 방향으로 이동하는, 상기 장치(52)상의 루프 파지기장치(162), 및 상기 루프가 인장된 후에 상기 저부 대편부분(24)로부터 상기 대편 추종부를 절단하는 상기 장치(52)상의 가동 절단장치(154)를 포함하고, 상기 다른 대편 계합부재(158)은 루프 파지기장치(162), 및 상기 절단장치(154) 사이에 위치하여 상기 작동기(160)에 의해, 순차적으로, 상기 하나의 대편 계합부재(78) 및 상기 다른 대편 계합부재(158) 사이에 상기 상부 대편부분(22)를 이송할 수 있도록 상기 하나의 대편 계합부재로부터 격설되도록 이동하고, 상기 대편 루프를 인장시키는 동안에 상기 하나의 대편 계합부재에 대해 상기 상부 대편부분(22)를 압압하도록 상기 하나의 대편 계합부재(78)을 향해 이동하고, 상기 상부 대편부분(22) 및 상기 다른 대편 계합부재(158) 사이에 상기 저부 대편부분(24)를 위치시킬 수 있도록 상기 하나의 대편 계합부재(98)로부터 격설되도록 이동하고, 상기 하나의 대편 계합부재(78) 및 상기 다른 대편계합부재(158) 사이에서 상기 양 대편부분(22,24)들을 공히 압압하도록 상기 하나의 대편 계합부재(78)을 향하여 이동하며, 상기 다른 대편 계합부재(158)은 최소한 순간적으로 상기 저부 대편부분(24)에 부합되도록 상기 다른 대편 계합 부재(158) 하부에 대편길이 수납부(174)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치(52).
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 루프 파지기장치(162)가 루프파지기(162) 및 루프파지기 이동장치를 포함하되, 상기 루프파지기 이동장치는 상기 루프가 인장된 후에 상기 루프파지기(162)를 상기 앤빌(70)로 향하도록 이동시켜 상기 상부 및 저부 대편부분(22,24)들을 상기 앤빌(70) 및 상기 루프파지기(162) 사이에서 파지하도록 하고, 또한, 상기 루프파지기(162)를 상기 앤빌(70)으로부터 격설되도록 이동시켜 상기 하나의 대편 꼐합부재(78) 및 사익 상부 대편부분(22)사이가 분리된 후에 상기 상부 및 저부 대편부분(22,24)들을 약 0.05초 내지 0.06초 사이동안 해제된 상태로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치(52).
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 장치(52)는 하향 대편 계합면(제 4 도의 33')를 형성하는 앤빌(70)을 포함하고, 상기 하나의 대편 계합부재(78)은, 상기 앤빌(70) 내에 장착되고 상기 앤빌 대편 계합면(제 4 도의 33')에 대해 만입된 하향 대편계합면(80)을 형성하는 용접판(78)인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치(52).
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 대편부분(22,24)들 내의 에너지를 증가시키는 상기 장치(96,104,108,122)가 약 330㎐ 내지 400㎐의 주파수로 진폭 약 1mm 내지 2mm로 약 0.1초 내지 0.15초 동안 상기 앤빌(70)내의 상기 용접판(78)을 상기 대편부분(22,24)들의 길이 방향에 대해 횡방향으로 진동시키는 장치(108 122)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치(52).
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 대편 계합부재(78,158)은 대편접촉면(80,178)을 갖고 있고 , 대편길이 방향과 평행한 방향으로 측정한 각각의 대편접촉면(80,178)의 길이는, 상기 하나의 대편 계합부재(78)의 대편접촉면(80)의길이가 다른 대편 계합부재(158)의 대편(S) 접촉면(178)의 길이보다 길게 되어 있고 상기 다른 대편 계합부재(158)의 상기 대편접촉면(17)은 대편접촉면(178)로부터 각을 이룬 모따기 부분(182) 내의 일반부에서 종결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치(52).
  9. (A) 중첩된 대편부분(22,24)들을 양 대편 계합부재(78,158)들 사이에 위치시키는 단계, 상기 (B)양 대편 계합부재(78,158)들 사이에 상대이동을 인가시켜 상기 대편부분(22,24)들을 계합하게하고 계면부들에서 가압하에 면과 면이 접촉되도록 하는 단계, (C) 상기 계면부에서 각각의대편부분들(22,24)의 두께의 최소한 일부를 용융시키기에 충분하도록 상기 계면부에서 상기 대편부분(22,24)들 내의 에너지를 증가시키는 단계, 및 (D) 상기 양 대편 계합부재(78,158) 사이에 상대이동을 인가시켜 상기 대편부분(22,24)들을 해체시키는 단계를 포함하는, 열가소성 대편(S)의 중첩된 양 부분(22,24)들 사이에 용접연결부(46)을 형성하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 단계(D)가 상기 대편부분(22,24)들의 부분들이 아직 용융된 상태일때 상기 양 대편 계합부재(78,158) 사이에 상대이동을 인가시켜 상기 대편부분(22,24)들상에 인가되는 압력을 해제시켜, 상기 계면부에서의 상기 대편부분(22,24)들이 상기 대편 계합부재(78,158)들로부터 압력이 인가되지 않는 상태에서 고화되어 상기 용접연결부(46)을 형성하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 단계(C)는 상기 대편부분들 중의 하나의 대편(22)에 접촉하고 있는 상기 하나의 대편 계합부재(78)을 진동시켜 상기 대편부분(22,24)들 사이에 상대활주이동을 인가시켜, 상기 각각의 대편부분(22,24)들의 두꼐의 최소한 일부가 상기 계면부에서 용융되도록 하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 단계(D)는 상기 양 대편 계합부재(78,158)들을 상대 이동시켜, 상기 대편부분(22,24)들의 상기 부분들이 용융된 상태일 때 상기 하나의 대편 계합부재(78)이 진동하는동안에 상기 대편부분(22,24)들 상에 인가된 상기 압력을 해제하고 최소한 상기 하나의 대편 계합부재(78)과 상기 하나의 대편부분(22) 사이를 분리시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 방법이, 상기 대편부분(22,24)들이 상기 단계(B) 및 (C)에서와 같이 가압하에 용융될때 최소한 상기 계면부에서 가스 상태로 배출되는 물질을 갖는 형태로 상기 대편(S)를 제공하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 단계(C)는 상기 각각의 대편부분(22,24)의 최소한 상기 용융된 부분에서 상기 재료의 가스상태의 기포(50)을 발생시키기에 충분하도록, 상기 계면부에서 상기 대편부분(22,24)들 내의 에너지를 증가시켜, 상기 계면부에서의 상기 대편부분(22,24)들의 상기 대편 계합부재(78,158)들로부터 압력이 인가되지 않는 상태에서 고화되도록 하여 상기 물질의 잔류기포(50)을 포함하는 상기 용접부(46)을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. (A) 상기 대편부분(22,24)들을 가압하에 면과 면이 접촉되도록 압압하는 단계, (B) 각각의 대편부분(22,24)의 두께의 최소한 일부를 용융시키는 단계, 및 (C) 상기 대편부분(22,24)들을 냉각시켜 용접 연결부(46)을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 열가소성 대편(S)의 두개의 중첩된 부분(22,24)들 사이에 용접 연결부(46)을 형성하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 단계(B)를 단계(A) 전에 또는 단계(A) 동안에 수행하고 상기 대편부분(22,24)들 내의 에너지는 단계(B) 동안에 증가시켜, 용융부들의 단부들에 인접한 용융부들의 폭을 가로 질러 분포되고, 차후 냉각되어 공동(50)들을 포집하고 용접 연결부(46)을 형성하는 용융부들에 의해 감싸여지는 다수의 공동(50)들을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
