Abstract

PURPOSE:To release pressurizing force after a temperature of a joint part of a plastic sheet has been dropped down to that of a solidified state, by a method wherein an end face of a horn coming into contact with a plastic sheet is formed in a rectangular state and an oscillation output lowering part is formed on the said end face. CONSTITUTION:When a joining device is actuated by causing a long side of a horn 12 to coincide with a feeding direction of a plastic sheet 2, and arranging an oscillation output lowering part R formed on an end face 12a so that the oscillation output lowering part R becomes an outlet side of the plastic sheet 2, an arbitrary position P1 of the plastic sheet 2 exceeds the melting point Tm at a position m1, and fusing begins. Then the point P1, which is passing through the inside of a recessed part 12b1, is dropped down to a temperature T3 due to oscillation output W=O. Then the point P1 arrives at a second recessed part 12b2 and dropped down to a temperature T4 through a similar action to the above. The above actions are repeated alternately up to an outlet h2 of the horn 12 as follows, the temperature is cooled gradually as shown by a dotted line in a sketch while fluctuation is being performed and dropped down to the melting point Tm at a position on the way. The temperature is dropped even to the melting point Tm or lower at the outlet h2 and moved to a point of nonpressurizing part by getting out of a pressurizing section of the horn 12.
