Claims (9)
- (1) 얇은 층의 고기를 자외선에 노출시키고,(2) 많은 량의 지방과 콜레스테롤이 고기 에멀션으로부터 분리될때까지 일정량의 얼음물, 식용산, 소금과 식용 인산을 첨가하면서 찬용기 내에서 상기 고기를 분쇄하고 찬용기내부 표면에 접착되게 하는 단계를 포함하는 육류로부터 다량의 지방과 콜레스테롤의 추출법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용기를 -10℃ 내지 +10℃로 유지시키고, 10㎏으로 절단하여 사용한 고기 각각의 분쇄단계 동안 1-51의 얼음물 ; 50-100gm의 식용산 ; 100-200gm 소금과 20-50gm 식용 인산을 첨가함으로 특징으로 하는 고기로부터 다량의 지방과 콜레스테롤 추출법.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 고기의 층은 최대한 25㎜ 두께임을 특징으로 하는 육류로부터 다량의 지방과 콜레스테롤의 추출법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서 자외선은 낮은 강도의 것임을 특징으로 하는 육류로부터 다량의 지방과 콜레스테롤의 추출법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서 자외선은 강한 강도의 것임을 특징으로 하는 육류로부터 다량의 지방과 콜레스테롤의 추출법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서 식용산은 아세트산 임을 특징으로 하는 육류로부터 다량의 지방과 콜레스테롤의 추출법.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항의 방법으로 생산된 육류 생산품.
- 절단된 고기내에 존재하는 수준보다 지방 부분이 1-2% 감소되고 콜레스테롤 부분이 10-60% 감소된 탄수화물, 인공 색소와 인공 방부제를 첨가하지 않은 육류 생산품.
- 지금까지 서술한 바와같이 실체상의 육류로부터 다량의 지방과 콜레스테롤 성분의 추출법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
