Claims (1)
- 식물성 및/또는 동물성 물질을 수분존재하에, 단 수분함량은 수분활성도가 0.5이상의 aw치에 상응하는 량, 밀폐된 압력용기중에서 지방 또는 지방양 용매추출제로 추출함을 특징으로 하여 향미료 농축물을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
