Claims (15)

  1. (a) 경화성 액상기체; 및 (b)실리카 또는 버개스로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열성 피복 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 실리카 및 버개스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열성 피복 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 경화했을때 액상 기체가 고건 축피복막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열성 피복 조성물.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 피복조성물중 60중량%까지가 실리카 및 버개스의 조합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 단열성 피복 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느하나에 있어서, 상기 버개스가 총 조성물중 50중량%까지 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열성 피복 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느하나에 있어서, 상기 실리카가 총 조성물중 50중%까지 구성된는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열성 피복물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느하나에 있어서, 상기 버개스의 펑균 입도가 0.01내지 5mm범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열성 피목물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느하나에 있어서, 상기 버개스의 펑균 입도가 0.01내지 0.5mm 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열성 피복 조성물.
  9. 제1항내지 제8항중 어느하나에 있어서, 상기 실리카가 다음중 어느하나 또는 어느하나의 조합물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열성 피복물:(a) 중공유기 실리콘개질 규산붕소;(b) 고체 유리미소구체 (c) 세라믹 미소구체 “(d) 중합체 미소구체; (e) 광뭍 미소구체;
  10. 제1항내지 제9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 실리카가 중공 유리실리콘개질 규산붕소미소구체를 포함할때, 그것은 조성물이 가해진 최종성분인 것을 특징으로 하는 단열성 피복물.
  11. 제1항내지 제10항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 버개스(천연물질)가 인공적으로 제조된 등가물로 대체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열성 피복물.
  12. (a) 버개스를 수집하는 단계; (b) 평균입도가 0.01mm내지 5mm가 되도륵 상기 버개스를 분쇄 및/또는 입자화시키는 단계; 및 (c) 페인트, 피복조성물등의 물질에 입자화된 버개스를 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열성 피복의 형성방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 버개스(천연물질)가 인공적으로 제조된 등가물로 대체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열성 피복의 형성방법.
  14. 실질적으로 도면과 실시예에 따라 기술된 단열성 피복.
  15. 실질적으로 도면과 실시예에 따라 기술된 단열성 피복의 형성방법.
