제2도는 제1도의 장치에 의해 제조된 수화실리카 박편으로 구성된 복합 크로마토 그래피제품의 확대단면도.
Claims (11)
- 대략 균일한 두께를 가지며, 평균두께가 0㎛이상, 30㎛이하인 수화실라카박편.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평균넓이가 10 내지 150㎛ 범위인 수화실리카 박편.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평균두께가 0㎛ 이상, 15㎛이하인 투명유색의 내화성 실리카박편을 제조하기 위해서 소성시킨 수화실리카 박편.
- 제1항의 실리카 박편을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법이 a)수화 알카리실리케이트 입자를 가열하여 이들을 원래평균입경의 적어도 2배의 평균입경을 갖는 버블로 팽창시키는 한편 이들의 벽두께를 0㎛ 이상, 3㎛ 이하가 되도록 감소시키는 단계, b)상기 버블을 단편으로 파단시키는 단계, 및 c)상기 단편을 중화, 세정 및 건조시켜서 수화실리카 박편을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 단계 c)에 이어서 하기 단계 d)가 실시되는 방법; d)상기 수화실리카박편을 소성시켜서 제3항의 내화성 실리카 박편을 제조하는 단계.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 소성온도가 500℃ 내지 1200℃범위인 방법.
- 비팽윤성 흡착입자와 제1항 내지 제3항의 실리카박편의 혼합물을 지지하는 담체를 포함하는 복합크로마토그래피제품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 상기 실리카박편과 비팽윤성 흡착입자가 매립된 폴리(테트라플루오로에틸렌)미세섬유 매트릭스인 복합크로마토그래피 제품.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 적어도 일표면이 결합제 및 비팽윤성 흡착입자와 실리카박편의 혼합물을 포함하는 층으로 피복되는 복합크로마트그래피 제품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 입자와 박편의 혼합물과 폴리(테트라플루오로에틸렌)의 중량비가 19:1 내지 4:1 범위인 복합크로마토그래피 제품.
- 수지를 포함하며 이 수지에 0.5 내지 1.5㎛ 범위의 두께와 10 내지 150㎛의 최대크기를 갖는 제3항의 내화성 실리카박편이 분산된 보호피막.※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
