Claims (10)
- 광섬유와 그위에 하나이상의 피복층으로 구성시킨 피복 광섬유에 있어서, (X) ASTM 형의 103, 104A, 104B 또는 그의 혼합물, 나프탈린 또는 파라핀오일, 왁스를 상기 오일의 일부와 치환되게함; (Y) 스티렌-고무-스티렌블록 공중합체를 스티렌-고무비를 0.2대 0.5로 함; (Z) 코마톤-인덴 공중합체 또는 비닐 톨루엔-메틸 스티렌 공중합체와, 열적 산화 안정제로 구성시킨 합합물로 이루어지게 한 피복 광섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스티렌-고무-스티렌블록이 스티렌-에틸렌부틸렌-스티렌블록 공중합체로 하고 상기 공중합체를 코마론-인덴 공중합체로 한 피복 광섬유.
- 2항에 있어서, 성분 X, Y 와 Z이 제1도의 경계를 이룬 범위내에서 질량에 대한 상대적인 비율을 갖게한 피복 광섬유.
- 2항에 있어서, 성분비 X,Y 및 Z가 제2도 A',B',C',D'로 경계를 이룬 범위내에서 질량에 의한 상대적인 비를 갖게하되 스티렌-고무-스티렌 공중합체를 1190CPS의 점성을 갖게하고 상기 블록공중합체의 받아들일 수 있는 비율이 3퍼센트차로 감소되게 한 것과 일치시켜 블록공중합체 물질이 1800CPS의 점성을 갖게하며, 또한 블록 공중합체물질이 500CPS의 접성을 갖게 하도록 6퍼센트씩 증가하게하여 상기점성이 섭씨 25도에서 톨루엔에 20퍼센트 블록 공중합체 용액을 측정되게한 피복 광섬유.
- 3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 0 내지 12퍼센트 미정질왁스가 상기 혼합물이 전체 질량비에 의거하여 0 내지 12퍼센트 오일로 치환되게한 피복 과섬유.
- 3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 적어도 하나 이상의 피복층이 이중으로 피복된 섬유의 내층으로 형성되게 한 피복 광섬유.
- 1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나이상의 피복층이 이중층으로 피복된 섬유의 내측층으로 형성되게 하되, 상기 혼합물이 질량으로 55 내지 57퍼센트 오일; 26 내지 28퍼센트의 스티렌-에틸렌 부틸렌-스티렌블록 공중합체; 6대 8퍼센트의 코마론-인덴수지; 8 내지 10퍼센트의 미정질 왁스와 0.5 내지 1.5퍼센트의 열적산화 안정제로 구성되게한 피부 광섬유.
- 1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나이상의 피복층을 2중층 피복섬유의 내측층으로 형성시키며, 상기 혼합물이 질량으로 59 내지 61퍼센트오닐, 24내지 26퍼센트 스티렌-에틸렌스티렌-블록공중합체, 4내지 6퍼센트 코마른-인덴수지, 8 내지 10퍼센트 미정질와스와 0.5 내지 1.5퍼센트 열적 산화 안정제들로 구성시킨 피복 광섬유.
- 피복물질을 광섬유 또는 그위의 피복층에 인가하여 형성시킨 피복 광섬율ㄹ 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 피복물질을 상기 혼합물과 인가시키되, 상기 합합물을 (X) ASTM형의 103,104A,104B 또는 그의 혼합물, 나프탈린 또는 파라핀 오일, 왁ㅅ를 상기 오일의 일부와 치환되게하고; (Y) 스티렌-고무-스티렌블록 중합체를 스티렌-고무비를 0.2 내지 0.5로 함; (Z)코마론-인덴 공중합체 또는 비닐톨루엔-α메틸스티렌공중합체와, 열적 산화 안정제로 구성시킨 혼합물로 이루어지게한 피복 광섬유를 제조하는 방법.
- 9항에 있어서, 상기 피복물질을 2중-층 피복섬유로 형성시키되, 스티렌-고무-스티렌블록 공중합체를 스티렌-에틸렌부틸렌-스티렌블록 공중합체로 하고 스티렌 단부 블록과 연결시킨 상기임의의 공중합체를 코마론-인덴 공중합체로 구성시키며, 성분 X,Y 및 Z가 제1도의 부위 ABCD내에서 상대적인 비율을 갖게한 광섬유를 제제하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
