Claims (5)

  1. 0.3-5.0의 M1를 갖는 폴리아세탈 수지가 다음 하기의 식에 따르는 수지 압출온도 범위내에서 팽창 공정으로 필름이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아세탈 수지 필름의 제조방법.
    용융점(℃)〈수지 압출온도(℃)용융점+100-8×(용융지수)(℃)
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리아세탈 용융수지가 0.5-3.0인 폴리아세탈 수지 필림의 제조방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 수지 압출 온도가 다음 조건을 만족하는 폴리아세탈 수지 필름의 제조방법.
    용융점+10(℃)〈수지 압출온도(℃)용융점(℃)+80-8×(용융지수)(℃)
  4. 제 1 항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리 아세탈 수지가 교차 연결과 분지된 분자구조를 갖는 폴리아세탈 수지 필름의 제조방법.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 팽창 공정에서의 취관비는 1.2-6.0, 인발비는 1-12의 범위에 있고 취관비와 인발비의 비는 0.1취관비/인발비6.0인 폴리아세탈 수지 필름 제조방법.
