Claims (20)

  1. 석조구조물용 균열저항 코팅에 있어서, 본질적으로 둥글고 수지 접합제에 의해 접합되어 있는 비이드를 함유하는 석조구조물에 접촉하는 균열 흡수층과, 균열 흡수층에 접촉하여 이것을 덮고 있는 전통적인 코팅층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 석조 구조물용 균열저항 코팅.
  2. 균열저항 코팅으로 석조구조물을 코팅하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 본질적으로 둥글고 수지 접합제에 의해 접합된 비이드를 함유하는 균열 흡수층을 석조구조물에 적용하고, 전통적인 코팅층을 균열 흡수층에 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 균열 저항 코팅으로 석조구조물을 코팅하기 위한 방법.
  3. 균열 흡수층으로서 석조구조물에 적용하기 위한 합성물에 있어서, 10,000sec-1에서 약 0.5 내지 약 10포이즈의 점도 및 10,000rpm에서 적어도 600포이즈의 브록필드 점도를 가지는 수지 접합제 용액을 통해 균일하게 혼합된 구조가 본질적으로 둥근 복수개의 비이드를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 균열 흡수층으로서 석조구조물에 적용하기 위한 합성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비이드는 약1㎜ 내지 약 6㎜의 직경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 석조구조물용 균열 저항 코팅.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비이드는 약1㎜ 내지 약 6㎜의 직경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 균열저항 코팅으로 석조구조물을 코팅하기 위한 방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 비이드는 약1㎜ 내지 약 6㎜의 직경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 균열흡수층으로서 석조구조물에 적용하기 위한 합성물.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 수지 접합제는 가소제를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 석조구조물용 균열 저항코팅.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수지접합제는 가소제를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 균열 저항 코팅으로 석조구조물을 코팅하기 위한 방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 수지 접합제 용액은 가소제를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 균열 흡수층으로서 석조구조물에 적용하기 위한 합성물.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 비이드는 세포질 그라스 비이드 인것을 특징으로 하는 석조구조물용 균열 저항코팅.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 비이드는 세포질 그라스 비이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 균열 저항 코팅으로 석조구조물을 코팅하기 위한 방법.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 비이드는 세포질 그라스 비이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 균열 흡수층으로서 석조구조물에 적용하기 위한 합성물.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 균열 흡수층은 약 0.3 내지 3㎝의 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 석조구조물용 균열 저항코팅.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 적용된 균열 흡수층은 약 0.3 내지 3㎝의 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 균열 저항 코팅으로 석조구조물을 코팅하기 위한 방법.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 균열 흡수층은 1 내지 2㎝의 두께이며 상기 비이드는 2 내지 4㎜의 직경을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 석조구조물용 균열 저항 코팅.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 적용된 균열 흡수층은 1 내지 2㎝의 두께이며, 상기 비이드는 2 내지 4㎜의 직경을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 균열 저항 코팅으로 석조구조물을 코팅하기 위한 방법.
  17. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 수지 접합제 용액은 10,000sec-1에서 2 내지 6포이즈의 점도 및 10rpm에서 약 750포이즈의 브록필드점도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 균열 흡수층으로서 석조구조물을 적용하기 위한 합성물.
  18. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 가소제는 염소로 처리된 파라핀인 것을 특징으로 하는 석조구조물용 균열 저항 코팅.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 수지 접합제는 하나 또는 그 이상의 비닐-치환된 방향족 단량체 및 하나 또는 그 이상의 아크릴 단량체의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 석조구조물용 균열 저항 코팅.
