Claims (12)

  1. a. 다수의 하이드록실 관능기를 갖고 동일 반응계에서 중합된 불용성 아크릴계 탄성중합체가 연속 상으로서 분산되어 있는 미경화 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 분산액과 b. 다수의 펜던트 하이드록실 그룹을 갖는 유효량의 리올로지 조절제와 혼합물을 포함하는, 우수한 내처짐성을 나타내는 딕소트로피 접착제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분산액이 에폭시 수지와 혼화될수 있는 잔기와 동일 반응계에서 중합된 불용성 아크릴계 탄성중합체와 혼화될 수 있는 잔기를 분산액 안정화제를 추가로 포함하는 접착제 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 리올리지 조절제가 친수성 발연실리카인 접착제 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 비스페놀 A의 디글리시딜 에테르인 접착제 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 동일 반응계에서 중합된 불용성 아크릴계 탄성중합체가 하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트인 접착제 조성물.
  6. a. 다수의 하이드록실 관능기를 갖고 동일 반응계에서 중합된 불용성 아크릴계 탄성중합체가 연속상으로서 분산되어 있는 미경화 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 분산액을 제조하고, b. 당해 분산액을 다수의 펜던트 하이드록실 그룹을 갖는 유효량의 리올로지 조절제와 함께 혼합함을 포함함을 특징으로 하여 제1항의 접착제 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 분산액과 리올로지 조절제를 함께 혼합하는 단계에 에폭시 수지 경화제를 첨가하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 비스페놀 A의 디글리시딜 에테르인 방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 동일 반응계에서 중합된 불용성 아크릴계 탄성중합체가 하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트로부터 유도되는 방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 경화제가 디시안디아미드인 방법.
  11. 제6항에 있어서, 리올로지 조절제가 친수성 발연 실리카인 방법.
  12. a. 접착제 조성물을 제1표면에 적용하고, b. 접착제 조성물이 적용된 제1표면을 표면 사이에 배치된 접착제 조성물과 결합된 제2표면과 접촉시키고, c. 접착제 조성물을 경화시킴을 포함함을 특징으로 하여 제1항의 접착제 조성물을 사용하는 방법.
