Claims (11)
- (A) 적어도 하나의 메틸 메타크릴레이트-기재의 중합체 및 (B) 적어도 하나의 엘라스토머 라텍스를 함유하는 고충격 강도의 중합체 조성물에 있어서, 추가로(C) 적어도 하나의 비닐리덴 플루오라이드 기재의 중합체를 함유하고, 중량비 (B)/(A)가 0.1~0.5이며 중량비 (C)/(A)가 0.1~0.45임을 특징으로 하는 고충격 강도의 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서. 라텍스(B)가 연질 단량체로부터 수득된 적어도 하나의 엘라스토머 층과 경질 단량체로 부터 수득된 중합체(A)의 병용 층을 함유하는 입자들로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 라텍스(B)의 입자들이 비엘라 스토머성 최초상, 엘라스토머성 중간상 및 중합체(A)와 동일한 단량체들을 함유하는 최종상을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물,
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 평균 입자 직경이 40~500nm임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 비엘라스토머성 최초상이 65~20중량%의 부틸 아크릴레이트 및 35~80중량%의 메틸 메타크릴레이트로 이루어지고, 엘라스토머성 중간상이 80~95중량%의 부틸 아크릴레이트 및 5~20중량%의 스티렌으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제3항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비엘라스토머성 최초상이 가교 결합되지 않음을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1단계에서 중합체(A) 및 라텍스 (B)를 170℃~240℃의 온도에서 혼합하고, 제2단계에서 (C)를 가하여 170℃~220℃의 온도에서 효과적으로 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 중합체 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 따른 조성물로 부터 수득된 적어도 하나의 물질을 함유하는 성형체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 두께 1~8mm의 시이트의 형태인 성형체.
- 제5항에 따른 조성물로 부터 수득되는 투명성 성형체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 표준 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트의 시이트를 함유하는 다층물질이 형태인 성형체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
