Abstract

본 발명은 발포성이 우수한 내화물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세하게는 상기 내화물은 SiO272∼76중량%, Al2O315∼20중량%, Fe2O30.7∼0.9중량%, CaO 0.12∼0.15중량%, MgO 0.05∼0.09중량%, Na2O 3∼4중량%, K2O 3.5∼4중량%, ZrO20.01∼0.08중량% 및 옥살산 0.05∼0.5중량%의 조성을 가지며, 융점 1400∼1500℃, 열전도율 0.03∼0.04㎉/mh, 비중 0.01∼0.08, 팽창율 10∼250배인 것으로, 건축용 절연재료, 내화용 재료 또는 방음재로 사용할 수 있으며, 자연계에 산재되어 있는 천연원료를 그대로 채취하여 사용하므로 제조단가를 낮출 수 있어 경제적이며, 일반 고분자재료와는 달리 무공해이기 때문에 환경오염을 유발시킬 염려가 전혀 없으며, 또한 비료 형태로 재활용이 가능한 발포성이 우수한 내화물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. SiO272∼76중량%, Al2O315∼20중량%, Fe2O30.7∼0.9중량%, CaO 0.12∼0.15중량%, MgO 0.05∼0.09중량%, Na2O 3∼4중량%, K2O 3.5∼4중량%, ZrO20.01∼0.08중량% 및 옥살산 0.05∼0.5중량%의 조성을 가지며, 융점 1400∼1500℃, 열전도율 0.03∼0.04㎉/mh, 비중 0.01∼0.08, 팽창율 10∼250배인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성이 우수한 내화물.
  2. a) 산화된 팽석을 분쇄하는 단계; b) 분쇄된 팽석을 50∼300 메쉬의 입도범위로 선별한 후 세척 및 건조하는 단계; 및 c) ZrO2와 옥살산을 첨가하여 700∼1200℃의 온도로 소성하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성이 우수한 내화물의 제조방법.
