제1도는 본 발명에 따르는 SiO2계 용사용 분말재료의 제조공정도.

Claims (2)

  1. SiO290∼98wt%, CaO 2.0wt% 이하, LiO20.1∼2.0wt% 및 기타 불순물로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로 보수를 위한 SiO2계 용사용 분말재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 CaO원(source)으로서, SiO2원으로 사용되는 천연규석 기준으로, 4∼5wt%의 물에 2.0wt%이하의 CaO분말을 혼합한 후, 상기 물과 CaO가 반응하여 Ca(OH)2가 생성되도록 80℃이상에서 30분이상 가열한 후 0.4wt%의 바인더를 고형분으로 첨가하여 제조되는 석회유를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 로 보수를 위한 SiO2용사용 분말재료.
